Comfortable hotel in a great area close to Paddington station and lots of eating options and pubs. Walking distance to Marble Arch, Kensington Gardens, little Venice, Abbey Road and Lords. In an area full of hotels that I can't compare, this one met our expectations and was fine for us for 5 nights. Small room and adequate (small) bathroom.

Good location. I had a big window, so had fresh air. There were many bargain places to eat. The staff was friendly, competent, and offered a good breakfast.

Nothing on my account, but some of the rooms are up 4 flights of stairs so be careful to ask for ground floor if you have mobility issues. Needs a bit of electrical modernisation in terms of some USB ports in the rooms. Most phones and pads now rely more on us ports than plugs.

The Gresham is only 600m from Paddington Station so access all London areas plus an easy journey to Gatwick Airport. The place is clean and, for London, the room is a good size and we'll aired, which isn't always the case in london. I will deff stay here again. Breakfast very good too. Love the area of Paddington and easy walk to Edgeware road where you arrive at Marble Arch and Oxford St with 15 mins on foot

Room was not so clean and walls are so thin that one could hear everything from upstairs. Our room was on the ground floor, right above the kitchen so we had to wake up every morning when the staff started preparing for breakfast.

There is no AC in this hotel. Make sure guests are aware, especially if they will visit around summertime. It's not the hotels fault. Guests upstairs were noisy. If you're a light sleeper like me, ask for a room on the top floor.

The bathroom was a little small - but still perfectly functional. English breakfast only included 1 sausage, 2 fried eggs, and beans- however, there was a choice of other breakfast items.

The hotel was clean. Staff welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Comfy beds. Breakfast was included. Great value for money. Perfect location. If you had a problem, they would do their best to fix it.Will be staying again.

Parking was a slight issue and the member of staff who I spoke to about parking was quite rude but the rest of the staff I encountered were lovely and helpful.

Amazing location and rooms were clean and private. Most of the staff were great and the luggage storage was super helpful as I arrived really early and couldn't check in. The included breakfast makes this good value for money.
