VERY CLEAN!!! and comfy place, room aesthetic is 👍 , walking distance to the train station, harbor and shops. The owner is friendly and accommodating, they even let us leave our luggage till 3pm and keep the key with us till 3pm.

It was all good to me!

Perfect location to explore St Ives and there was a space to park our car! The room was perfect and well equipped. Loved the extras like the breakfast kit.

could done with an airer which I suggested to Danielle before we left and they thought it's was a great idea, for wet beach towels, costumes, wetsuit, to put outside the door, but wasn't a problem.

It was a lovely place to stay, beautiful views of the harbour from the lounge, eating our breakfast was lovely looking out the window with the little chairs & table, very clean, staff when we had a problem with the tv, was resolved quickly, lovely breakfast they left, bread, cereal, milk, tea, coffee, butter, orange juice, the walk to the harbour had lots of steps to climb back up, but we quickly seen when ypu reach the bottom of the steps the co-op shop, where a bus parked, and realised it went past our window, so could catch it back if you find them hard to climb back up them, which wasn't easy, but everything was lovely.

Nice location, although my room doesn't have a view, but as soon as I walk out to the street outside, the view is great. The host provided breakfast. We drove to the place and the host also provided parking space!

Although sofa bed was very comfortable the two single beds were not. In the living room with the sofa bed light come through the top of the curtain rail.

Everything was great. Enjoyed breakfast, fruit, toiletries, iron and hairdryer. Location was good , close to shops and beach. Room set up was most suited to us. Suitcases were kindly stored to collect later. Quality of bedding was excellent.

Only thing and is minor really is would have liked something like a curtain between bedroom and living room for some privacy.

It’s very clean and tidy when we first entered, and then after checking in and settled down we discovered that the host prepared some light foods and snacks for us in the property which was very thoughtful and lovely.

Excellent location, close to town, shops and harbour. Great view of the harbour from the accommodation. Comfortable, well-thought out use of space. Had everything needed for a short stay. Little extras like biscuits and milk were appreciated.

The studio was so clean and very well equipped, there is everything you need for a home from home stay…a very comfortable bed with fresh cozy bedding and lovely products in the bathroom…breakfast items are provided in the kitchen.

Did not realise the bedroom is the main entrance but was not an issue for me and is slightly overlooked by the neighbour.

Fantastic stay in this lovely property. Exactly as photographed and described and the location is perfect. Customer service was excellent, I had a Whatsapp to ask if everything was ok which was a nice touch.
