A lift to the top floor, rather than stairs.

The hotel had great views of the harbour. the staff were friendly and efficient. The place a a good vibe and the breakfast was excellent.

Very nice view at my room (Room 3), the photos posted are exactly the same! All the staff were super nice and food tastes really good. Had an awesome stay and would highly recommend this place especially if you want convenience as it’s just a 3-5 min walk from the train station 😁

Room is a little bit small you are a little bit on top of each other. Could do with fan in the room also as it gets very warm of a night.

Breakfast was amazing and we were given two complimentary drink tokens on arrival which we used to have margaritas which we amazing! Little touches in the room like nice cups and milk and oat milk outside the rooms for guests to help themselves too.

The only negative is the parking was a little confusing but the fact that we had parking included was a fantastic addition! And is another reason this property is far better than many other properties in st Ives.

The location is just perfect, a short walk into st Ives town. Everything was clean and the room had a lovely view of the bay. The hosts made us feel very welcome and it was a lovely surprise to find a bottle of wine in our room in celebration of our recent wedding as this was arranged as an extended mini honey moon to celebrate being newly married. This hotel was made special by its little touches, two cards for complimentary drinks in there chilled out cafe / bar area, amazing breakfast choice included , stunning views and the bottle of wine made it feel really special. The incuddd parking was a huge help! Bed was super comfy we both slept so well. I would highly recommend you try stay here if you are seeking a special and lovely break in st Ives.

Staying in the rooms you would have to walk past customers of the shop to get out and in but it wasn’t too bothersome.

It was within short walking distance to the beach. Perfect views. Very calm and quiet, lovely staff. It was one of a kind and truly exceptional.

Our bed/mattress had a massive hole/dip, which made us be glad that we were only staying for one night! They definitely need to replace the mattress (I think we were in room 8 maybe? It was on the top floor on the right, facing the main road).

We loved the little cafe, the food was great and there was live music one night. The staff were all very friendly and it was a nice touch getting 2 drink vouchers when checking in. The room was nicely decorated, and very clean, the location was great maybe 5-10 minute walk from the beach and all the restaurants. We loved it.

The view from our room was incredible and so much better than I excepted. The room was also really nice and the bed was very comfy. Close to all the amenity’s so we didn’t have to walk far. The price for the room was also really good, especially for the end of July!

Slightly disappointed that the TV in my room didn’t have any signal. Apart from that…nothing.

I had a ‘cozy’ double with harbour view. I’ve stayed in a lot smaller rooms so was pleasantly surprised. The general theme throughout is relaxed clean and simple. Great view! The fact that breakfast decent and all included was appreciated (as was the complimentary free drink). Great location.

Plenty of choice at breakfast and the cornish breakfast was superb. Staff was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Location was excellent and like the name of the accommodation it was over looking the harbour, a real gem.
