Shower pressure wasn’t great but in all honesty, it didn’t really matter when you had the bath and with everything else, it was a minor issue.

The room was incredible, the attention to detail and decor were stunning. The views from the windows/balcony were beautiful despite it being a bad day, and having the standalone bath in the room made it feel even more special. Staff were really helpful and attentive, the vibe was really nice. You could easily lose hours sat with a coffee and book or enjoying a few cocktails. We will definitely be coming back when the weather is better! They even gave my partner a beer and glass for his birthday which he really enjoyed and appreciated. Couldn’t fault them at all!

No signboard for hotel so even you stand in front off the hotel you might not notice it.

Nice view from my room (room number 3), location is walkable to center, Breakfast is good and car parking is behind the building ( 5 pound per day ). All staff are nicely and helpful.

A lovely stay in one of our favourite places. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. Nicely decorated and spacious room. Great food and drinks, not only if you’re staying as a guest but also for a nice place to pop in to enjoy the view. Would recommend and visit again.

It would be better if there were curtains instead of blinds, but other than that, the stay was wonderful, and the room felt very cosy!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was really cool and spotlessly clean! Amazing location, close to the train station and town. Great breakfast and a lovely welcome drink. We came back from a meal out to a singer/guitarist. Great stay!

The views from our room were stunning! Watching the beautiful sunrise colours from our bed and seeing 3 seals from the window 👌 We were given a parking permit to the car park less than 5 minutes walk away and were allowed to keep it the next day after we’d checked out so we could continue enjoying St Ives. The complimentary drinks voucher was a lovely unexpected touch and a great way to start our evening! Having a whole menu to choose from for breakfast was amazing, the breakfast burrito helped sort out the hangover. We had such a lovely time staying here and would definitely come back :)

Great theme and layout. Views were fantastic and the whole place was well thought out and very clean. The staff were great being both friendly and professional. The back ground music was well chosen both in the evening and over breakfast. The breakfast burrito was unusual but great. And the complimentary drink was a cracking idea.

Shower pressure could be improved and cold room and bathroom upon arrival but staff kindly took care of it when being told.

Room was pretty tight on space and there were baby seagulls outside our window who were very chatty 🤣

Our window was like a picture frame overlooking the harbour. It was amazing. Location was fantastic, easy walk to centre of town. The cocktails and food and cafe area were excellent. Really enjoyed the cooked breakfast.

The room was very hot. The window was left open night and day yet we were very uncomfortable at night. With no street number we found the property very difficult to find as we arrived in the rain.

Great vicinity to everything, harbour, restaurants, shops etc. very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast.
