Everything was just perfect 🥰 Breakfast was served in our room, what a treat. Our room was delightful, so light and airy, very romantic. Our host went over and above to make everything special, we had Easter eggs and cakes as a treat 😋

I loved my stay at the West Hill Retreat. It was a relaxing and nice weekend gateway not too far from London. The bath was amazing and great breakfast by 9 AM. Would definitely come back.

A beautiful room and outstanding service from Madeleine. The room was clean, felt luxurious and the bathroom was top notch. The bed was super comfy too. The breakfast was made with love and was a real treat.

What a beautiful comfortable room, in such a peaceful location close to the old town of Hastings! Would highly recommend for a relaxed getaway, with incredible breakfast as well!

A nice quiet location. Lovely furniture and decoration, very comfortable bed and superb bathroom, with large bath. Great views over Hastings from an elevated position. Substantial breakfast.

Not here long enough to try the bath!

The room was lovely with lots of extra little bits which nobody else does. Breakfast was amazing. The views are fantastic. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Didn't use the bath but a very relaxing stay.

The breakfast was awesome, the personal touches in the room were lovely , the roll top bath was gorgeous, had our own parking space, hotel was lovely and quiet and not far from the old town. We would love to go back and to be greeted by a lovely dog was sooooo cool!!! Slept so well in the wonderful bed, me and my newly wed wife of just over a day enjoyed being here so much, your missing out if you haven't stayed here!!!!

Cleanliness, comfort, lovely breakfast delivered to room, great hosts, big bath, big rooms, well stocked teas, shower gels etc. Didn't miss the TV as there were books and board games in room, which were a nice touch. Also their doggies are lovely :)

Unfortunately there is no tv in the room.It would be nice to have this just for the end and beginning of the day. The heating didnt come on in the room on the morning which made it a little chilly for us. The amazing view is spoilt by the palm tree being over grown outside the window, so would benefit from being cut .

This bnb is pure luxury in a good location- close to the old town and beach and good dining options Breakfast was beautifully served and delicious Madeline was helpful friendly and approachable . Parking was free and just near the front door! We’d stay again without hesitation .
