The room stunk like cigarettes even tho there's a no smoking policy. Our sheets were stained - we ended up using the towels the provided to cover them. The windows didnt open properly so we had to use something to prop them open to try and air out the smell. the carpet was damp. and the closet was broken and we couldn't use it, even if we wanted to. The cups and kettle they provided smelt like curry...weird? and the key card for the door worked 50% of the time. we only stayed one night because of a lay over and needed to stay at what we thought was an airport hotel, our fault bc we were obviously wrong even though it stated it was on the website.

Out of order and locked bathroom. Unpleasent smell in the room (probably due to out of order bathroom). Broken bed. Was too loud all night. No staff present in the morning of checkout, no one picked the emergency contact number given. Poor internet connection.

I don't like nothing first thing they write in description that the toilet is inside in room and the toilet was not in the room and also the bed was broken and also the bedsheets was old it was dirty and also the toilet and shower was very bad to be honest it was very dirty and also it was damage aswell, Very disappointed from them to be honest.

The bed was broken and the mattress just sinks down to the Base. There was a tv in the room but it didn’t work. It’s above a pub so noise until late at night was an issue

Shared toilet broken bed. Broken plug sockets worried to much to use. Wifi didn't work. Very noisy tol 3.30am no water not sink to get water. No toilet paper I shared toilet. Left asap to have a wee and get coffee. Glad cancelled 2nd night Roo. Smelt of smoke and curtains didn't close fly

It is quite funny looking back but in the morning we went out the wrong door and found ourselves in the courtyard which was padlocked, The door we had used was a fire door so it locked behind us and we had to wait until we could get the attention of a cleaner to let us in and show us the correct door to exit the property by. Thankfully it was sunny and we only waited around 40 mins, perhaps some better silage may help!

We booked three rooms here to accommodate our party after the Premiership Final at Twickenham. It was cheap and within walking distance from the ground. It is nothing fancy but to be honest for £30 per night we weren't expecting much. The beds were clean and comfortable and that was all we really needed. The music went on downstairs until 2:30am ish but after a day at the rugby that didn't bother us, Some of the other guests were quite noisy when coming in but again, once we finally got to sleep we all slept relativly well.

The name of the property does not appear on Booking.com. This is a very negligent omission because the property has the same address and postcode as a firm of lawyers next door. I stood for quarter-of-an-hour before noticing a small door in the pub next door that had the words “Heathrow Stay” on a poster. It would have been extremely easy to find the property if its actual name - The White Bear - appeared on Booking.com!!

It was very close to the Piccadilly Underground line that serves Heathrow Airport - and the Heathrow Airport Bus Service 111 bus stop is less than a hundred metres from the property.
