The decking area and outside furniture were very messy and dirty from trees and birds so couldn't use which was a shame as the weather during our weekend was bright and warm and we wanted to sit outside.

The caravan was clean, tidy and everything worked as it should. The living area was spacious. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do.

Outside of van could have done with a clean - however there were trees over the top of the caravan, so not sure how long this has taken, the decking could have been swept.

Was a functional caravan, few little niggles with the property. Door handle missing on one of the bedroom doors. Curtains kept coming off the rail. No Colander shower leaked from hose on first use- although this was sorted fairly quickly by site staff.

It could do with some updates to make it perfect, the towel dryer in the main bathroom has rusted over time, one of the door handles has fallen off and not been replaced and the deck and outdoor furniture could be cleaned.

The campsite is brilliant and you are right near the beach and can walk into the local town. The caravan is clean and reasonably priced compared to Hoburne direct. Had no issues with the caravan, lots of seating space and kitchen had all items needed with a large fridge and freezer. Parking is very close to caravan as well.

There were a few things we found when packing up that would have been nice to have known about I would suggest a welcome folder in the caravan explaining about all that is to offer

Did not get code for the door so wasted half an hour trying to get in. Key safe very close to the decking floor so is a struggle. Would not be good for an older person having to get on there knees to open it.

The site was amazing. The caravan was very nice had most of the things needed very cosy but overpriced for an independent owner.

I think a better description of the property's plot location would have helped but the receptionist helped and gave me a map of the site.

Once I found out where the keys were (my fault) the whole stay was simple and straightforward.

No outdoor seating, curtains kept sliding of rail, some utensils were not clean like the mugs . Tv was basic. We were far from reception, swimming pool buildings , we would drive there as weather wasn’t great. Lots of parking space available.

Quiet location , clean , spacious , everything we needed was supplied for our stay. Owners communicated quickly for our needs and all information needed. Ie , passes for swimming , key to property access etc.

No toilet roll, not even pocket tissues or small amount provided, until we could purchase. With children, that was hard to navigate upon entry to the caravan. Clean bed linen provided but you must make up beds yourself and strip at end of holiday. Bedrooms very damp overnight. Pillows had lots of moisture by early hours. Damp-catcher boxes dotted about & good heating in living area though.

Park is good for families - entertainment suitable for younger children. Caravan was clean & modern. Parking just outside. Nice, quiet spot.

Bathroom bins weren't emptied..had sanitary pads and a nappy in one. No heating to start with, I had to find the boiler to turn it on. No cooking trays to use in the oven, had to go and buy our own. Beds not made up had to do that ourselves and no duvet or pillows provided for the sofa bed.

Easy key collection and great WiFi. Nice park and ideal location.

Hot water would only stay warm for around 4-5 minutes then stone cold for an hour or two called owner and eventually called maintenacne out when i mentioned we had young kids needing showers

Home was fairly dated, rad in bathroom was very rusty, beds creaked all night in the room next to the double bed room, no pathway or stepping stones to the caravan and lots of grass to walk on, it was raining all weekend so make sure you wear suitable footwear, located right at the far end the furthest from the main venue so be prepared to walk or drive and park up, dog poo on the paths as we were walking to the venue, a cliff edge drop so be careful with children. Listing states home has a sauna, it doesn't. I expect it means the main venue but still quite misleading so this needs to be changed

The main facilities were good, the restaurants and entertainment area were exceptionally clean, the arcade was great for children, as was the outdoor play area. I cannot comment on the pools as we didn't use them. The shop was good and stocked a wide range of essentials. The food was nice and the place is very dog friendly which made us think about bringing our dog if we visited again. The home was clean and had essential cookware crockery and cutlery. There was even some sugar, toilet rolls, washing up liquid left over, the bedding was provided, plenty of room in the lounge area for 6 of us, parking spaces were always available

Going away on holiday, i would really have liked not to have to make up the beds when I arrive. Also there was a missing door handle on the inside of one of the bedrooms which means someone could get locked in. Also the grill in the oven did not work.

The site location was perfect particularly having direct access to the beach. Facilities particularly the pool & the bar with their takeaway service was excellent.
