Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United Kingdomthe staff (or whatever you'd call them) were difficult to contact. i didn’t mind that we never met them, but messaging them on booking.com, they often ignored or replied very late. the bathroom light also didn’t work and the room was a bit small, but not a huge issue
booked for a concert at the co-op live, location was amazing, made queuing up very easy due to how close it was. the bed was also very comfy and the room a suitable temperature

United KingdomSmell of weed when we arrived, but no more duing our stay. Shared bathroom ( but we knew that on ordering), remote no batteries & no cable for TV, so no signal... only one towel between two. Kettle and cups but no tea or coffees etc
The location for us was fantastic, secured car park at rear, bed comfortable enough, it was quiet for us as the other couple were considerate

United KingdomYou're definitely paying for the location not for a 3-star experience. Main downside for me was that the host tried to charge me £10 for parking in the gated car park next door, when it says free parking on the listing. Ask them for the parking code in advance of arriving and don't pay!!
You can literally see the Co-op Live arena from the front door (Etihad is next door to the arena) so what you're paying for is the convenience and location. Host messaged me before I arrived with the entry instructions Which were clear enough. The property is a converted family house with each 'flat' being a bedroom with a shared upstairs bathroom (bring your own toiletries). The mattress was very thin (cheap) and the pillows too hard for my liking but, despite that, I had a good, undisturbed night's sleep. The place was reasonably clean and tidy - depends on your expectations I suppose. The towels were clean and fluffy. Good place to stay overnight for a gig or footy match.

United KingdomThere was dome noise from the room best door from the person who obviously had a bad cough.
Having read the reviews I was a little sceptical but I was pleased with my overnight stay. Perfect location for the Etihad and Vermillion which is a 10 minute walk away.

SloveniaThe room was clean. But we only got one towel, one cup for tea and one water and we were there as a couple so two people. People that were living in bottom floor were loud. Also landlord writed to me that there are 2 bathrooms but we could only find one.
It was close to the train station. But make sure you go around the new arena to the station because under the bridge next to a water is scary.

United KingdomThere was no hamdsoap in the bathroom. The area is a little scary as sole female traveller especially after returning at night from the co op. Alan Turing way in between and a very dark park. The lock box was difficult to get in for the key. As I was trying to open it man from next door came out stinking of weed. Bed was quite low. No downstairs rooms but was aware of this. I have since stayed in a similar place £30 less per night and had toiletries and exterior more welcoming.
Close to the co op live arena . I was offered help to get to the train station. Good contact re booking and checking in. Towels provided.

United KingdomSmall basic room. Was told it was de luxe room! Bed against the wall we struggled with that getting in / 1 toilet roll in the basic shared bathroom between 3 bedrooms. So basic there was not even any soap or hand wash! NO PARKING - I Paid £10 for residents parking behind house as permit holders only . Instructions to leave £10 cash for the secure parking which had to be left under TV ( that didn’t work but we didn’t need it as went to arena) But I was fined a week after the event !! I got letter from NPC with fine! Of course I appealed given circs but lost appeal & have asked for refund from property and declined! I was very upset & now annoyed. Left completing negative review, hoping the property owner would at least contribute/ refund something! Not even the £10 paid !! They did respond to issue of no soap & blamed other residents! Not there were any empty bottles or signs of anything! Would not recommend staying here.
It was close to the Arena we were going too.

United KingdomWhere do I start? House looked run down from outside. Area looked unsettling. Even taxi driver who dropped us off stuck around to see that all was okay. Inside, room extremely basic, B 3rd 123edding and towels clean but very old. Room door lock broken, so couldn't lock door when went out. Just didn't leave any valuables and hoped no one would go in. Could lock it from inside, but still felt very unsafe in the night time. Main room light stopped working and bedside lamp didn't work, so in darkness in evening. Put TV on for light as was bit scary. Bathroom light didn't work properly, flickered on and off. Strong smell of cannabis from one of other rooms. Didn't sleep and couldn't wait to get out of the place. Left early morning. Why is this on booking.com
Very close to coop arena, but that's all
