No wifi, no shop on site although there was a Coop only a short drive from the park

Perfect location, easy access to Skegness and Ingoldmells, caravan was first class for comfort and cleanliness, would definitely come back again

We've never been to that part of Lincolnshire and struggled with a suitable roaming coverage. Therefore the lack of WiFi was an issue. A tv or radio would be useful for each caravan.

Lovely setting by the fishing lake. Beautifully finished caravan (almost brand new), 3 bedrooms great for splitting up children.

Beds were not the comfiest but thats the only negative.

The staff were great on the phone and check in/out was super easy. The caravan was super clean! Had everything we needed. Plug sockets were great with USB ports too. Easy drive from there to Slegness. The campsite was great too, so peaceful, just what we needed.

Could do with a chopping board especially for longer stays so you can make good use of the kitchen.

A lovely quiet location with a beautiful view. The caravan was fabulous with washing machine, dish washer and iron etc. We only stayed 2 nights but could of easily stayed for a week.

Could do with a site store, not a major issue as you can pick things up when out and about but would be convenient if there was a store on site to get the little bits which are needed The only issue we had was the shower head seemed to be faulty but other than that no issues was a lovely stay

it was so nice and quiet and peaceful so nice for a family I can’t really fault it just that the shower didn’t really work and some of the stuff in the caravan was broken but didn’t make no difference to us we still had such a lovely time Thankyou so much and we will be back if your thinking of booking do it 🥰it’s amazing

if you want to have a barbecue or sit outside, it’s only you can do when it’s not raining, that’s mean not all the time. Beds are not comfortable , I am also single beds are really small .

It's not the parks fault at all but the people in the caravan diagonal from us were playing with a ball on the road - once it hit my car, then hit our table on our deck and also was just right outside our main window for a long time. Then our direct neighbour stayed out in their hottub (which they're totally entitled to do so I don't blame them) for quite a few hours and we're rather loud which meant that our son couldn't get to sleep. We moved him to the other bedroom away from the wall but you could still hear them loudly from that side also.

The location was fantastic and the surrounding area and lake were beautiful. The caravan was comfortable for all the family and the appliances were all functional that we tried.

They come in to the holiday home when your out for the day and take your stuff. Then when you question the owners about it they ignore you. 1st time we have ever been away and someone has come in when we have been out for the day and stolen our belongings.

don’t even get me started  , when we got there , the caravan was not up to our standards. The TV didn’t work so they put us in another caravan where there is no gas. No water had to go in another caravan to have a shower the next day

Check in was not clear on the booking. Check in is between 4-5pm and you are supposed to collect the key which was not instructed. I was called around 5.45pm asking where I was and that I had not checked in, and the staff had an attitude. I had originally asked for earlier check in and was asked to pay an extra £20. Corridor to bedrooms/bathroom small. Single beds very small feet hanging over edge of bed. 2 beds in one room, and can just about stand in between them. No space to get dressed, limited space to put clothes away. Single birth caravan so it is narrow.

We were the first there, the caravan was 1 week old. The grounds were kept well, lovely place and nice lake. Living room area and porch with sliding doors. Double bedroom was nice with seperate toilet, 3 bedrooms altogether. Parking space for 1 car outside caravan. Man at reception was nice and helpful. There were donkeys you can feed on the grounds. Lovely new shop/reception for necessities.

Location is great, quiet and always enjoy my stay butthis time it was a little uncomfortable due to what ive mentioned below.

We booked a caravan that slept 6 people to ensure that it was spacious. However, all of the bedrooms were exceptionally small and impossible to walk around the bed.. There were no bedside lights, which made it difficult to get out of bed as you had to crawl up the bed to reach the light.. The addition of a dish drainer would be handy as there is no dishwasher. The bathroom was extremely dangerous, as there was no shower mat (which we bought as it was so slippery) and no floor mat either. Facilities on site would have been a bonus such as a shop or a reception area.

The location was quiet and peaceful and the caravan was exceptionally clean. The living area was spacious and of a reasonable size and the whole place was fully equipped.

There was no shop or reception on site. There was actually nothing there at all and nothing in walking distance Wasn't happy there was no WiFi available and 4g was pretty much non existent this was not stated when booking.

The fishing details need to be clearer my 16yo was constantly harassed by 3 men from neighboring caravans that he was in there fishing peg not was had we seen anyone needed to book pegs it made my son very anxious he already is diagnosed PTSD an to have 3 grown men hassling him about were he was fishing was disgusting regarding if u rent own or hiring caravans it was a lake for all this made our trip quite miserable in the end to know people was gossiping about you even though our kids was very well behaved in a kid friendly place while others was running riot but we was looked down on all over a fishing peg that’s the only thing that let us down 😢

the property was absolutely amazing very clean tidy am so much room in there
