We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room although on the bijou side was well equipped lovely view comfy bed and for a short stay very adequate. Breakfast ample with a good choice. Very handy for city transport. And easy to access both old and new towns. The tourist bus leaving from square a bonus as I have mobility problems. Hotel situation excellent and very well priced.

TurkeyThe hotel is located in the new side of the city, 7 minutes walking distance from the central train station. There are many cafes and restaurants around. Every part of the hotel was very clean. The room and bathroom were very spacious, modernly decorated and very clean. The breakfast served in a pleasant lobby had a variety of quality products. The friendly staff immediately refresh the missing items. We were pleased with the accommodation. Just a note; I would prefer to have a safe in the room.

Beautiful hotel overlooking the best square in Edinburgh in a perfect location bang in the middle of the city. Enormous modern tasteful rooms. Lovely bar and breakfast area. Excellent continental breakfast included in the very reasonable price. The staff were lovely and so helpful.
