We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRoom was made up of modular furnishings and a self contained pod style bathroom. The bathroom was weird and made myself and my partner feel like we were in a boat!! No toilet brush!! Very limited hanging space and no drawers at all.
Perfect location for the O2 and ExCel Centre. Two minutes walk to the cable car and probably 5 mins to the Elizabeth Line. Good choice for the excursions we had planned. Nice hotel, clean but quite basic furnishings. Good choice at breakfast and A nice bar area which stayed open late.

United KingdomThe hairdryer was pretty awful and there was a nasty drain smell when running water in the sink. Didn't seem to have any control over the room temperature either.
Decent sized room with large bed. Needed to move the furniture slightly to fit my case on the bench, but otherwise there was plenty of space to work and store luggage. The breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. We were able to check in early by signing up to the Accor rewards programme, which was really helpful. They stored my luggage all day after check-out too.

United KingdomThe toilet in the bathroom had a but of a build up of grime on it. Also late check out was arranged until 2 pm however, the room door was knocked by around 11 am. When I opened the door staff walked away but I said we have late check out until 2 pm anyway. Then at around 12/1 pm, housekeeping opened the room door whilst we were still in it.
The location was perfect, check in staff excellent.

United KingdomHotel could've at least provided a bottle of water in the room. I know it's a budget hotel but some do provide a small bottle of water. Corridor was noisy and bedroom door is not noise proof at all, can hear people talking/laughing when they passed my room and can hear other people's doors shutting. But quiet enough at night. Pillows were horrible, they were very hard and reception said unfortunately they are all hard, I woke up with a stiff neck. Breakfast was ok, nothing special nor tasty. I don't eat much breakfast anyway, so just had croissants and cup of tea and some fruits. The breakfast hot food didn't look appetising. Because I came 30 minutes before the breakfast area was closed, the tables were dirty and not cleaned yet.
Location was perfect, right across from ExCel London where I had my conference. Room was clean enough and everything was working. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I initially got a room beside the laundry room and asked to move, they were kind enough to move me away from the laundry room and lifts. Good rate for 1 night stay to include breakfast, paid £113.
