The staff ať the reception Stand all day long. I attended a medical conference and we spoke with colleagues of how unhealthy it is for the workers. The management should give them opportunity to sit.

TV, hairdryer, kettle, and air-conditioning didn't work. We raised the TV issue and were told it's due to a previous power cut and was in the process of being resolved. We asked for a new kettle, we were told one was being brought up. A man appeared at our door to repair the kettle. He then took the kettle away and we never saw him or the kettle again. Gave up by the time we realised the hairdryer was bust.

The location. Close to restaurants, train station and our venue. Hotel was also very quiet despite being in a busy area.

The bed wasn’t very most comfortable. Value for money.. could be better. I would have appreciated having tea, milk and complimentary biscuits in the room

The rooms were cosy and at times overly warm. I had a twin room comprising of 2 quite small single beds and because of this did not sleep very well.

I booked this hotel due to the very close proximity to Excel. The hotel’s facilities are limited compared to others but it is clean and functional for a short stay. The staff were lovely and helpful.

The breakfast is poor….as they don’t seem to be organised ….had to wait for food to vibe teplenished and never any cutlery! Been the same for the last 5 yrs!

Water ALWAYS flows over edge of shower tray - so floor gets wet and slippery- and only one bath mat. Obviously a perenial problem as stain marks are very obvious - plus note under mirror left by hotel recognises the problem. Shower trays seems to be on a slope....

Reception service - very easy to get checked in. Good breakfast choices.

For some reason the key cards for the rooms were not working. The staff resolved this problem by accompanying us up to our room no matter how many times this was needed This was done with good humour and patience by the lovely young man on reception.

All members of staff made us welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. A problem with our room was resolved quickly with no irritation or hesitation.. The hotel was clean as was our room. The location was very near.the Excel Arena and Custom house station. We would definitely use this hotel again.

Shame no usb port , but there us one on back of tv a sneaky prior knowledge i learned :) Plus when the hot water came into sink you could smell the drains , but prob to be expected from the amount of rooms above . Not a moan just an ob as bit wiffy . Clean and perfect for an over night crash

Perfect location to get sky cable car over to the 02. Hotel quiet. The staff were super polite , lovely in fact . Asked for few extra milk..no probs at all . Deffo stay again

Most of the staff were great , but some were not very welcoming or friendly. Twin room beds are very small not single bed size.

The location wss perfect for the excel exhibition centre a 2 minute walk. Was very clean and tidy had everything I needed The few problems I had were very quickly sorted.
