Security was a potential worry : front door left open and a very easy to guess code for my room. Had I been a lone woman I’d have been concerned. The breakfast offer was odd - no plates provided and no eating space: had to take toast back to the room on a tray. The chair in the room couldn’t be used in front of the table so had to sit on the bed.

Choice of breakfast items were poor. Heating could not be adjusted. Lock to the building was difficult to use at times.

The proximity of local transport was very good. Free parking was also very good. Very spacious & clean room

No human contact with the owner. Never saw him. As we are older, that seemed strange to us. We are used to dealing with people face to face. TV did not appear to have any functional channels on it. No netflix that could be viewed. Owner should get that working. for travelors out all day and just want to watch a bit of tv before retiring, this should be set up and functional.

Location was a little out of the way which was offset by the very close proximity to the Subway. Without the subway system, the location would not likely be very good.

Advertised as with breakfast, but would not describe it that way. Some cereals, tea and coffee sachets, milk and fruit in fridge, some pasty croissants and white bread within a communal kitchen with broken window closed off with hardboard and cardboard, not my idea of breakfast.

The property was clean. It was close to the underground.

Only double duvet, no trash bags in the bin, the main door locking system was a bit complicated and didn't work, but nice hosts available to open the door.

Work still underway and the back garden view is a mess. Some of the work already done wasn’t great, with big gaps in between laminate flooring planks in the room. Newly laid floor on the landing covered in paint marks.

Very small, bathroom door can't open fully as hits the toilet it's that small. Advertised as apartment when smaller than allot of other hotel rooms on offer. Very complicated way of communicating with customer. Everything on a laminate which is very long winded and didn't realise so much was on there. It could have been communicated easier and more traditionaly
