We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Very beautiful location that is less than 10 minutes from Paddington Station and in between several subway stations. Room was spacious and clean with most necessary amenities. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

It was my second time staying in this hotel. It is very conveniently located in a pretty neighbourhood, close to Paddington Station and Kensington Gardens. The staff was so very friendly. I felt very well taken care of.

TurkeyRoom was quite small and the bathroom also. Shower area was in normal dimensions but the bathroom sink was so small that it was debatable if it was really there or not. This caused us to mess the bathroom floor everytime we used it but at least the cleaning staff was doing a good job. I am not sure if they could have changed the rooms as we didn't bother to ask.
Room and the all facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall service was quite professional and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is expensive but perfectly delicious and the service was excellent. Neighborhood was quite lovely as well.
