The step was broken on the way in.the remote for the TV didn't work. The shower had black mould in it, so i had to scrub it before use. Curtains in the pink room were hanging off (broken)

Enjoy spending time with the family. It is not far from the beach. It has a swimming pool.

Cooking facilities were not amazing, hobs would not stay on no matter what we tried, but the oven worked fine.

Two toilets so great for our family of 5. Caravan has Netflix so it was great for the kids.

The wifi messed around the whole weekend. Just reset the whole box as we found that helped.

2nd time back to Kens and we didn't want to come home, the van has everything you need and a great shower the hosts are very helpful, we will definitely be coming back. Great central location to get to Rhyl or Llandundno, we travelled by train but purchased a weekly bus ticket for the number 12 bus which runs directly outside the site and is every 12 mins or so and is highly recommended.

(1) took a while for us to figure how to get the oven working because the labels were faded and the oven sometimes didn’t work. (2) no towels so have to bring along some towels (3) there was a hole in front of the stairs & the kids tripped (4) would be nice to have a map of the area especially facilities, play areas… how to get to the beach

It was clean, has 3 bed rooms (1 queen, 4 single beds). There were a group of 8 of us and the extra 2 people could sleep on the sofas in the living area. They have extra 2 pillows and a blanket for use at the living area. Good heating system. Cooking/dining utensils available (expect scissors/aluminium foil). There are grocery/convenience stores not that far by car from the caravan to get home supplies.

This caravan was like home from home very comfortable lovely decor inside and the added extras was a lovely surprise.

We were happy to see a vacuum cleaner but unfortunately it didn't work. The electric kettle was not cleaned out. Water in it was foggy looking and the extra sheets in the large bedroom looked like someone tossed them in the top of the closet. So we didn't know if they were clean.

We enjoyed the space for a family of 5. Loved the place came with shower mat, a few toys for the kids, hand washing soap in the bathrooms, patio furniture was nice. Lovely decorated. The fully equipped kitchen was very nice too. Very clean, we would stay again

Greater attention to cleaning could be paid. Plenty of dog/cat hair on the couch (we did not travel with a pet). Other surfaces like tops of electric sockets, or areas of common contact (doorframes etc) were dusty/dirty. Not a problem for adults, however old Hula Hoops found under the radiator are an issue when using the facilities with a toddler.

Great communication from the owners straight after the reservation was made. Directions to the caravan were clear as well as the instructions for getting into it. Worktops and usable surfaces were very clean!

Nothing with caravan. Please note to get to beach nearest the caravan you have to cross over the railway bridge with lots of steps, but there are other beaches. Outside clubhouse is dog friendly inside is no dogs unfortunately. Not many bins on site, and there are also not many signs to say where things are or logic to caravan numbers!

Lovely bright interior in the caravan with clean bedding. Lots of space for a grown up family of 6. Toilet rolls, bedding and washing up liquid provided. Free WiFi in the caravan. Dog friendly with a gated outside seating area. Close to club house.

The layout of the site is a bit confusing at first but you do get the hand of it.

Nothing the caravan was brilliant

Location brilliant next to the pool, club. Caravan really nicely decorated and clean was ready earlier than got told. Great facilities in the caravan and the decking with chairs was a great bonus. Two toilets which was great and powerfull shower. Entertainment at the club wasn't very good as had bingo on all night untill 9:45pm should have acts on before for kids but that is no reflection on the caravan

There was a couple of things that was a red flag for us 1) The cooker/stove had no instructions so I had to message the owner, still unsure so we ended up eating out every night due to this 2) No toilet roll on arrival in any bathroom 3) Unsafe gate on the outside which meant I didn’t feel safe leaving my child to roam on the decking outside the door as the gate was broken and she could easily fall through. 4) The steps on decking was broken, I didn’t know this until I have fell down and ended up leaving early going to A&E finding out I have torn ligaments and fractured my ankle, this was a big safety hazard as if that was my child or an elderly person a lot more damage would of been done.

It was a beautiful caravan well looked after inside, in a great location and served the purpose we was looking for, felt like a home away from home and perfectly suited to a family.
