My bedroom had 1 bedside cabinet which was unfortunately on the side where the ceiling drastically sloped. The bedside light switch was also on this side. I would have banged my head on the ceiling if I had slept that side and needed to get up in the night. It didn't help that the socket with the usb ports, for charging your phone, was on the other side, This meant I had to have my phone by the side of my pillow as I needed it for the morning alarm. Not very well thought out really. The hotel was in the middle of nowhere with nowhere nearby.

Position of facility I wouldn’t say it’s a hotel more like rooms, when we got up to have a breakfast there is NOONE anywhere to be seen the Resturant is locked,just leave your key and go.

The web site said full English breakfast available however it did not say you had to book it in advance, It also state hotel has a Resturant it don’t mention it’s an Indian Resturant and we didn’t want Indian. People were helpful and friendly, rooms very new, clean and more than adequate.

Was not informed until I arrived, that there was a tribute act in the restaurant that night, which kept me awake until it finished past midnight.

Location out of Tenterten 5 minute drive and taxis easily available for evening. Was a little worried at arriving at hotel but turned out to be warm very clean and just what was needed for 1 night stay.

Not being told that if you’re having breakfast that you pay upfront for it, and is taken from your card before having it! In the morning 9.30 front of house staff looked as if they had just got out of bed! and clothing not looking very clean

We had outside rooms and had to leave early but you have nowhere to leave your keys because reception is not open. So they ask you to leave them somewhere outside.

Location for our stay was good and ten rooms worked well for us.

At that price, we would have liked at least a continental breakfast included, ie cereal, yogurt or at least toast and honey or jam. We did not want to pay an extra £9.95 each for a breakfast we don't eat.

Rooms didn’t come with an iron or hair dryer - assume available on request - but would have been ideal if they were already in the room. Reception staff on arrival could have been a bit friendlier. Terrible trip hazard out the front that was not very visible. It was tripped over and driven over, needs better visibility. Walls are a bit thin could hear other guest tvs, luckily they turned them off as it got much later.

The rooms were a good size and the bedding was clean and comfy.

Lack of a real English breakfast.What was offered was a poor offering.

Not an English breakfast. This should be made VERY clear they have a problem with an English breakfast. This was the really Big let down at the stay.

Shower pressure and hot water could have been improved as couldn’t have anything more than slightly warm shower. Only one night stay so wouldn’t affect future booking.
