We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfasts, good value lunch and dinners from their snack menu. Cullen skunk soup and stovies are very much recommended. Hotel with bags of old style character and history. Great change from the boring corporate styling. Will be returning next year (and the next)

United KingdomThe room smelt of smoke and the walls had nicotine stains on them. They looked like they hadn't been painted in years. There was a layer of grime/nicotine on all the surfaces and it felt unclean generally. There was a crack in the shower door. The decor needs updating. There was no decaf drinks available in the room. The lid of the bathroom bin was missing.
Tom, a member of staff was very friendly and helpful. The bedding and towels were clean, and the toilet. There was a kettle.
