We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomExtremely dated, bed base torn and exposing the filling (beds are from the 40’s), one of the twin beds had a piece of ply under the mattress, both very uncomfortable. All the rest of the furniture also very dated. Torn and stained pillowcases, lumpy duvet. Shower only luke warm and slow to drain away. IPad sized TV. Had to ask for towels, milk & coffee, I could go on…
The only things good about this hotel were the sea view and the lovely receptionist/breakfast waitress.

Perfect location, lovely sea view. Very old-school, traditional atmosphere and decor. Fantastic and substantial breakfast with superb service. Reasonably priced bar.

United KingdomOur room was clean but horribly dated, the bath was badly stained and toilet flusher didn’t work properly, nothing in the toilet was an acceptable standard for 2022. A notice in the hotel said rooms were priced from £32 per night but we were charged £96.65 because it was the last and worst room available

United KingdomVery poor standard. Very shabby and the smoking room smelled very bad. So bad that we did not stay and drove home for 2 hours after the concert we attended. We are non smokers but this was the only option available so we booked it. Promised windows would be opened to air the room. This did not happen. Could hear conversations and music from room next door so no sound proofing. Shocking standard of room. In dire need of upgrading. Will not be back or recommending to anyone.
