Things in the Room were falling apart, mattress uncomfortable, tv wouldn’t work. Did not look like the room we had booked. Very disappointed in the interior.

The location was ideal, view from the dining room was lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The Hotel is in dire need of a complete refurbishment. The room had a Huge crack along the ceiling. The curtains were hanging from the rail & not secured properly. The furniture was very old & needed replacing, as did the carpet. The shower was very small & difficult to get into as the door nearly touched the toilet!!!

The staff were extremely friendly & helpful.

Shower and toilet in a cupboard size room. Sink in the bedroom. Worn carpet. Broken floorboard. Retro wall heater. In desperate need of refurbishment.

The hotel was sadly in dire need of investment. The lounge furnishings could do with replacement. The bedroom furniture could have been bought in a jumble sale back in the 1970s. The ceiling was painted karkie. The carpet was in a poor state. There was a sign about carbon monoxide monitoring. The room was tiny. The room probably hadn't been dusted in a long while. The bathroom was even smaller and in a worse state. The evening meal was really basic, though cheap. It certainly wasn't worth the cost per night.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the locality. The location was perfect.

Located at the less busy north end of the bay, and has parking facilities. Really well prepared breakfast- order the night before. Good size room, and well priced.

it's a traditional old-timey Seaside Hotel with no frills but perfectly suitable for a couple of nights. The girl on reception was nice, the bed was clean and comfortable. I had a lovely view of the water. No complaints.Would return!

I cut my foot on a protruding screw in the bathroom door threshold. Other guest smoking weed and stinking my bathroom out. I was moved to another room that also had a protruding screw in the bathroom threshold, but to the side ( not so dangerous). Both rooms were very dated and in need of a re-furb'. There was a sink in the bedroom but not in the bathroom. The tap washers needed replacing on both taps. Apart from the Breakfast I was glad to get out.

Very tired looking inside. Bathroom ceiling and wall needs repainting. Only one bedside table when there was space for two. Hardly ever saw any staff on reception. Left hotel without being able to say good-bye or be greeted by a member of staff.

Proximity to town centre and ferry terminal, breakfast/dining room views and the breakfast. Good pressure shower.

There was nothing to dislike. Yes, it's dated and a bit tired but exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Our room was not very nice. The toilet didn't flush, the shower was very hot & the hot water tap didn't work to wash our hands. Also, the corner shelves were not sturdy, and the lamps kept falling over.

The common areas were very nice.

No lift, steep steps to upstairs room. Heater doesn't work, TV doesn't work, shower room drainage doesn't get drain, almost get flooded, wifi never worked when being told only ground floor lounge, but didn't work at Lounge srea either.

Worst accommodation, never recommend to anybody,l. Unfriendly, nothing work.

The room smelt moldy, the bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The stairs were steep an narrow, the doors were heavy and stiff so getting luggage to the room was a real issue. Very tired and unappealing in general.

Slightly more up to date furniture would be good,but everything was clean and tidy.

Had to give time for breakfast and our order. It was served just minutes after you sat down. The breakfast was lovely. Beds were very comfortable,just what you need after being out for the day. Staff very welcoming and you were never ignored.

It was extremely dated and in needs to be completely renovated. The smell was awful, didn’t get any sleep as all I could feel were the springs of the bed sticking into me. The noise of the plumbing was awful and the walls are so thin you could hear the people in the next room get into bed. The bedroom furniture looked like it had come out of a skip.
