We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Friendliest staff in the world! Lots of tea, coffee, milk, etc. available. Plenty of facilities. Excellent location for Lands End.

LatviaBunk bed a little creaky. No hairdryer but hostel manager tried really hard to get one for me :D
The hostel was really well equipped for it's category. Kitchen was great, clean and convenient shower facilities. Even though the shower/ toilet room was shared with other room, we had our own shower cabin. Our room no. 1 was well ventilated via window. There were free towels available, which was a huge plus. Fruits and water was offered upon arrival. Cosy lounge areas inside and in the yard. And Lands End is just a quick walk away, lovely place!

United KingdomExtremely expensive for it's facilities. No human contact with owners/staff. horrible metal framed bunk beds in atiny room. Communal showers cramped poor lighting and lukewarm water. Breakfast very poor, consisted of £5 worth of packed goods for 2 people, ie some bread 4 eggs pack of cornfakes tiny portions or jam and buttr. And you had to asemble this yourself. and wash up afterwards. and that was an extra £20 on top of the 75 overnight charge.
