My room was very cold despite provided heater. The shower cubicle is great but too small. I found it difficult to reach my feet.

I love the whole setup. The animal displays teams and designs, breakfast with provided groceries and in-house self-service was awesome. Location very close to shops and transportation.

The main gate hard to open sometimes; otherwise Lansdowne Simply Stay is an amazing place to stay

I was impressed by the location — just a 6-minute walk to Redruth train station and close to bus stops, so it's ideal if you don't drive. The Whale Room has a magnificent view, and the calm surroundings make it easy to focus on work. The kitchen is amazing too, perfect if you fancy making a quick meal. The staff are so kind and speak to you nicely, which really adds to the warm and welcoming vibe. All in all, a peaceful and convenient stay.

Loved the quirkiness of the animal themes the whole place had a lovely feel to it. Was great to have access to a well stocked kitchen and dining area. Lovely views towards Carn Brea

Not so keen on parking on the road as it is quite busy, but there were plenty of spaces nearby.

The whole suite was absolutely gorgeous and the shared kitchen and dining area were immaculate. Labelling of the cupboards and drawers and items stored in the fridge/freezer made finding everything you needed really easy. The small fridge in the room was really handy, Everything you needed for a comfortable stay and more! Will definitely recommend to anyone needing to stay in the Redruth area.

What a fantastic place. Not what I was expecting for the price. Great location and easy access. From the moment you walk in the front door it is stunning. Gorgeous kitchen with everything you could wish for in your own home. Then venturing up to the beautifully decorated room with en suite. Even the staircase is fantastically designed.what a fabulous stay for an incredibly realistic price. I will be recommending this place for when friends and family come to Cornwall.

Really clean and tidy guest house with great kitchen and dining room facilities available to use freely. The whole house felt cosy and welcoming. The room had lots of amenities, including a sink, mirrors, chair, desk, kettle and hairdryer. Highly recommended.

This property was perfect for my stay . Kept lovely & clean . Very nicely decorated with seasonal touches for Christmas. It felt very homely and was in a good location for work in Redruth and for getting easily to other places in Cornwall . The kitchen and communal areas had all amenities for catering for yourself and again very clean and comfortable. I met Nic one of the guest house staff who was very kind and helpful.
