No door or curtain on the shower got the bathroom very wet and had to use all towels just to dry it up.

Coffee Wish facilities were open longer. Like pool and playroom. We didn’t get to use the pool.

Pool staff were a bit standoffish. Duty manager was dreadful, rude and unhelpful.

There was work getting done, which we had been advised about, but a few things not working stopped me from rating excellent

The hotel was everything a child could wish for and more. A Lego paradise. I had been sceptical about resort hotels before now, but I am a convert.

Water temperature obviously regulated down for child safety which is fair enough but makes it impossible for an adult to have a hot bath

No Xmas tree in Reception like last year (very little Xmas decoration in general), no toiletries for the kids like last year...appears to be cutting back on things. Both bedside lights in the bunk beds weren't working. Service at Skyline Bar was very slow and disorganised when I ordered 2 mocktails in evening (not busy). Automatic check in had an error, so had to go to Reception to check in

The themed room, size of room, the room challenge and free Lego for my son, the breakfast, location, and the facilities downstairs for my son were all great!

The food/snacks for dinner. Only one restaurant open, my little one has allergies, none of the children’s options were available, so they wanted us to pay £22.50 for the only option for him. Obviously I did as he needed to eat, but he’s 4. The weightier was so rude and completely not flexible about the choices appropriate for him. I was not asking for a lot. The breakfast staff and menu were much better and flexible.

The pool area feels tired along with the hotel bathrooms in need of an upgrade. The food and drink offerings at skyline bar were expensive and limited.

The extra detailing in the rooms and play areas are brilliant for children, its location is wonderful as we were visiting Lapland UK the next day

Breakfast isn’t self serve, it’s manic and wait times are shocking. So much so we weren’t able to get back in our room for check out. Just to forewarn others to book breakfast early, it took us over 40 minutes for ours to come out after waiting 15 minutes what we wanted.

Hotel was great, lovely treats for the kids and plenty for them to do. Great location and early entry to the park- although booking.com doesn’t tell you that. Shame the Lego play room has to be paid for Swimming pool was also great fun Free parking

The evening meal food was cafe style with restaurant prices, little choice. Breakfast was freshly cooked and a good variety. It took 30 minutes for even a drink to arrive at the table. Staff not welcoming on arrival.

Nothing really, just it was annoying as the room next to us got back later to their room past 22h and were super loud so it disturbed us in our sleep which made it harder to go back to sleep.
