Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomCarparking even disabled was across 2 roads and drop off area was closed so if unable to walk far this was terrible. Also not good for carrying luggage.

United KingdomFood was very average. Fine for kids as they are more interested in everything going on around them, but wouldn't pay to eat in-house had we had a car to go into central Windsor where there are many more options. Coffee at breakfast was disappointing!
Super friendly staff! Lego everywhere to keep little ones amused anywhere you go. Treasure hunt in the room was a great touch! The pool was great fun. Evening activities kept kids entertained. Outdoor play area was also good to have. Location was good, 15 mins on the bus from right outside to central Windsor which was handy as the park was closed during our stay. Would definitely stay again!

United KingdomThe evening food in the bar - wasn’t great, I ordered a salad and it wasn’t fresh, it was limp and you could see the cucumber was dried out. I did mention this and they offered a drink.
The entertainment staff were brilliant!

United KingdomDinner was very poor.. poor selection, very expensive and not very nice at all. Fish fingers and chips tasted like oil, curry and rice was so dry and bland, kids pasta was so bland. Service was slow and atmosphere in restaurant very disappointing, almost felt like a waiting area!
Breakfast was good considering a freebie, scrambled eggs were cold but daughter loved the pancakes and the kids continental breakfast was perfect, rooms were lovely, staff very friendly and helpful and lovely facilities . The hotel is beautiful for children, very nicely thought out.

United KingdomWe felt the food was a little on the expensive side, and there was nowhere else nearby to get food instead. The customer service of staff in the skyline bar was mixed - a young man who did not seem interested in his work and got our food order wrong. A female employee rectified the situation soon after and gave our toddler his meal free as it had been forgotten about which we felt was great customer service.
Beautiful rooms and swimming pool was fantastic. The pool was showing as full online But I emailed customer service and they were amazing and got us straight in! Lovely little touches such as treasure hunt in the rooms! Front desk and shop staff were excellent.

United KingdomShocked by our experience at Legoland Windsor. Paid for an extra night and were placed in a room with overpowering paint fumes – our child ended up with a sore throat, and I had a headache. On top of that, we were charged three times for a room that was already prepaid and told to wait 5–10 days for a refund. The night Duty Manager lacked any customer service, and we were misquoted on the room price for the extra night. Absolutely unacceptable from a family brand. We won’t be returning to the UK Legoland.

United KingdomSee above in like comments . Really poor breakfast given opportunity. Lack of real UK beer. Awfull coffee.
The room was fine. The cost to us , for a working stopover was great value for the quiet room , proper shower & easy parking. But the breakfast was miserable. The cheapest catering items. And the coffee was diabolical being weak, warm & tasting of bricks, the real ones of clay etc. And what planet do the alien mushrooms & weird eggs come from ? Ditto the not orangery orange juice . Breakfast in the price does no favours for the disinterest given to sourcing good ingredients . Why not buy local produce and showing it off with pride?. Also the UK drinks beer , not lager . Go get a good ale. Disneyland Florida sells 'old speckled hen'' don't you know.
