When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe breakfast from the hot buffet was cold, I mentioned this to Vivre restaurant staff and was told that the chef hadn't turned the hot plates on. I was offered another breakfast, but it would have still been cold. This is an expensive place to stay and a hot breakfast should be expected

The hotel and the room are very comfortable and impeccably clean and attractive. Location cannot be beat, a short walk to Terminal 5. The staff at check were friendly and professional. It is an expensive hotel but worth it for the convenience.

United KingdomWe saw online that if we booked Vivre restaurant, and spent a certain amount, that would qualify us for late checkout (4pm) the next day. I rang to request this. But when we dined at Vivre, the staff knew nothing about our booking late checkout, so we had to pay for it. Disappointing.

Booked purely for the proximity. The rooms were extremely small and was hard to get in and out of the bed on one side because the chair was right next to it and nowhere to move it to. Not a lot of room to move around the sides but the beds were larger than the average single. Did book a twin room but the rooms so small the beds are pushed together anyway. Bathroom was nice and the Balmain toiletries was a nice touch but apart from location I can’t really see the justification for the price.
