We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNo plug socket near the bed. A minor issue but essential for my medical equipment. The light switches were too high tech and it was impossible to find the bathroom light in the night without switching all the lights on.
Perfect for terminal 5 at Heathrow. Just a short walk. Lovely friendly staff and a free upgrade when we arrived to include breakfast at no extra charge.

United KingdomThe layout is poor, but they are not going to knock down the hotel and rebuild. Similarly the route to the airport entrance is stupidly limited - they could address this though. NONE of the close lifts were working at 0455 when we left for the airport walkway - simply unacceptable. The room had strangely out of date technology; no EUR power outlet, 1 USA power outlet (240V), only 1 USB outlet which took over 4 hours to charge my phone when it worked at all - and the TV radio stations were all dead and "support" couldn't do a thing. And the bell hops at the hotel entrance were aggressive and stroppy - but then it is a French hotel chain ☺️
The only hotel to stay at if you have to make a 5a.m. gate time at LHR

We had to book this literally 2hrs before staying, so we didn't have much time to shop around for a deal.so it was very expensive for 1 night. But saying that the staff were lovely breakfast was outstanding and had the best night's sleep, bed was fantastic

I was lucky to be selected as the "Guest of the day" which made my stay exceptional. If you are lucky enough to be selected you will receive a complementary double upgrade, complementary breakfast and complementary access to the mini-bar (limited selection of drinks though).
