It would have been nice to have had use of the spa included. I dislike that a hotel charge to use the spa.

We liked our room. The beds were very comfortable and we couldn't fault the cleanliness, everything was spotless. Plenty of body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion provided. Slippers were also of a good quality, along with the bathrobe.

Everything was good, rooms clean but still pretty basic. We upgraded our room to superior but it was no difference to the basic one where our kids were staying. Location was great which was main reason why we picked the hotel however we feel its massively overpriced for what it is.

A most convenient well appointed accommodation option right on the airport. Wide choice of restaurants or walk back to terminal. TV and Wifi good.

Missing a hairdryer! Vanity mirror was broken and should have been checked prior to our arrival. Minor things, however, as a 5 star hotel, this shouldn't have been missed.

Lovely welcome by extremely polite and helpful staff. Great location, as we were attending an event at the hotel. The room was very big, beds comfortable. Hotel was easy to navigate!

Very expensive on Christmas eve night. For the exorbitant price we paid, the room had very few outlets to charge our phones. Considering that most people who stay here are travelers transiting through the airport, sufficient outlets should be a basic feature of the room.

Location cannot be beat. You don’t have to leave the terminal to get to the hotel.

We arrived in the late evening and walked from our gate to the hotel. Check-in was easy and our room was upgraded, allowing more space for the three adults in our party. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms had all of the amenities one would want. In the morning, we had breakfast in the spa area. The breakfast offerings were plentiful and varied. We will definitely stay here again when traveling through Heathrow in the future.

I didn’t like the bed: mattress way too soft for comfort made me feel suffocated. The mattress visibly sagged after I got up in spite of my being an average female and not a heavy weight boxer Also service at the Vivre restaurant was unbearably slow and it made no difference at all that we had made a reservation in advance: we still had to wait in a cue with people who hadn’t reserved

The fire alarm went off multiple times in the night disturbing sleep - I had to call down to reception to confirm there was no issue and they informed me it was a technical fault. I was giving a discount on my next booking when I reported at check out the disruption.

Location was perfect for my low stress travel needs. The hotel was clean and well tended with good options for wifi, food and rest.
