The location was excellent for the places we wanted to visit. It had everything you needed for self catering. Its close to the shops and some great pubs

The shower tiles are mouldy and the sill where you step into the shower falls off every time you touch it. The only place you can get hot water is the shower. No hot tap on the bathroom sink and the water from the hot tap in the kitchen barely reached tepid after a 5 second burst of warm when you first turn it on. This was manageable for us as we were only there a few days but wouldn't be great if you were there for longer.

The site is lovely and quiet. Chalets are not too crowded together and there are big grassed areas which are mowed. The chalet is basic but comfortably furnished. It's well equipped for basic cooking. All the usual kitchen appliances are there along with a good fan, which was handy as it was a lovely hot weekend. The chalet was ideal for us for a short break in Heacham.

Accommodation basic but adequate for my short stay.

Tiny bedrooms with big beds made moving around difficult. Need to close bedroom door in order to open bathroom, etc. One double and two single beds might be more practical.

    Quiet location.

This property was very disappointing! The shower was broken so fell down every time you touched it, the toilet seat was wonky, gap near the shower tray which looked to have black mould in, hot water in the kitchen was very hit and miss but was lukewarm majority of the time, found random bits of rubbish tucked in place within the property, the cupboard under the sink had damp and black mould which is all you could smell when entering the property and it affected my child who has asthma, the pots and pans were dirty, the fridge smelt bad which would then give food left in it a funny taste, there was black mould under the drying mat and had no signal to be able to contact anyone to rectify these issues until we was home!

The area was lovely, we loved being so close to the beach. Accessing the keys was very simple and easy.

Had to chase the email for the key code. No texts were sent. On asking for directions as arriving late I was told parking near chalets. There were no lights or signposts. The stepping stones to the chalets were flooded as sunk into the grass. Again, knowing our arrival time this could have been pointed out as we all had wet feet before entering the chalet. There were flies (yes, you mentioned this but if you have flies there is an issue somewhere!) Shower not suitable for normal people. Too small.

Modern basic decor. Had appliances such as hob, oven, microwave and kettle.
