The single beds were a bit narrow for an adult to sleep in but comfortable. There was no brush and pan to sweep up crumbs. Wifi would have been nice to have but not necessary as the weekend was t get away from it all.

The location was quiet. Onsite facilities were good. A pleasant place to stay for a weekend away. Plenty of places to eat out or get a takeaway if you don't feel like cooking. Central to places to explore like Great Yarmouth or Norwich.

Beautiful caravan, felt like home. The location and park facilities were amazing. Will definitely book again we loved it that much. It's the first holiday I've been able to afford on my own since my ex husband left us 4 years ago. So it was a very special, emotional (for me) time to be able to have done it. And it couldn't have been more perfect.

The door would not open a couple of times as the key would not turn. And was stuck in the rain until it opened. This really needs addressing. Did not like that there was no lace curtains in early evening, there was no end stoppers at the end of the curtains so kept coming off.

Was nice and clean very warming everyone enjoyed them selfs. Did not use on the on-site facilities as we just wanted some family time the the kids.

The booking didnt state we would need to buy passes for the night entertainment. The curtains were all hanging off. We had to take our own bedding what made less room in the car.

The staff on site were lovely went above a behoynd.

As this was a private booking we could not use yhe facilities unless we paid £10.80 per person! I think it should be advertised with the caravan as the kids were disappointed not to go swimming

It had not been cleaned. There were holes in the doors, part of the shower door was hanging off , same as most of the curtains, quilts were stained and one had a huge whole in, curtains had mold on them, microwave was covered in food, and we found fleas in there. We had no choice but to spend the first night there as we had just drove 7.5 hours but checked out the next day!

No bed linen no towels, my granddaughter nearly had fingers chopped off by balcony doors as the catch to keep them open was broke ,shower not clean,cobweb in corner near patio doors found ut very expensive as no linen

The caravan. Even though it's stated, you cannot park next to the caravan, the car park is not in view of the van and is a walk along the main road in. The inside of the caravan was ok. Literally came with basics. 2 decent sized sofas which turn into beds. Kitchen was ok, pleasantly surprised by the freezer. Bathroom was a decent size and was handy having one in the main bedroom aswell. 1x twin room was a good standard size, not clean, found rubbish, hair bands and some change ( winner) under the beds, on the shelves and in the cupboards. It had decent duvet and pillows but the mattresses were very uncomfortable. The 2nd twin room was ridiculous. There should only be 1 bed in there, Wasn't even enough space in-between the beds for me to walk down. Now the main double bedroom... It was disgusting. Yes it was large, has enough space and a small toilet and sink room. 1 X double wardrobe and lots of storage. However it was not clean. There has clearly been some serious stains which the worst ones have just been bleached and left. Under the window was black mould on the floor and was damp. The carpet also felt slimy to walk on. I had white socks on and the bottom of them ended up black within a couple of hours. All in all I'm glad we only stayed for 2 nights.

We liked the park resort, it was close to great Yarmouth and had a lovely big park, clubhouse and swimming pool. It's a quiet park aswell. The caravan it's self was ok for a 2 night stay, I'm glad we didn't stay longer.
