Not really a 'didn't like' but would have liked an additional oven tray and a sharper knife. Everything else was wonderful.

Excellent location, less than 5 minutes' walk to the beach. The property was comfortable. We had a slight issue with lighting the gas oven (it turned out that we just needed a long lighter!), and received instant and helpful support with this. There were three of us staying there, so plenty of room.

A cabinet or shelf in the bathroom would have been nice. A few repairs needed but they didn't effect our stay.

Found cobwebs in some places and dirt was inside the chairs. Entertainment was a bit pricey.

The quietness is good. Location is great space was well managed with storage. Overall a decent get away

Catch broken on front door, so can’t hold door open. Outside chairs are past there best, seats very saggy, making it difficult to get up. Hand marks on patio doors. Lampshade over dining table very dusty. Outside of caravan needs cleaning.

Liked the location. Liked it had a decking area so I could leave patio door open for dog.

It would have been better if we could have used the pool and bar on site. Also if there were a pub that allowed children in to eat that was local. The local chip shop( north sea )needs to improve his cooking skills.really horrid for the price.

The hoover was broken so we couldn’t hoover sufficiently prior to leaving.

It was very affordable and clean throughout. All of the cutlery and crockery were clean and plentiful.

Accommodation was not hoovered floor and carpets covered in dogs hair👎 hoover in cupboard was full of dogs hair not been emptied or cleaned completely in a very long time. (Had no SUCK).

Location close to the beach easy access to the buses. Overall a good few days away.

Caravan a little shabby and showing signs of its age. A few cobwebs too and although we didn’t use any cooking equipment at all, the extractor could definitely do with a good clean. The bathroom was very clean though.

When we arrived and opened the van door we were honestly in two minds whether it had been cleaned or not. The bathrooms were ok but the living and bedroom areas were bad. There were crumbs on the worktop, the kitchen floor was dirty, the cupboard doors were sticky, mirror had handprints and the shelves and tvs throughout the caravan haven’t been dusted in a while. The patio door to the balcony was covered in dirty kids prints, net curtain was filthy and patio needs a good jet wash. We had high hopes for the ‘superior’ van but there was nothing superior about it. Not just referring to the cleaning but the van itself is pretty basic, the cupboard doors are very battered and it desperately needs TLC. Net curtains and cushions need throwing. We don’t have particularly high standards but have happily stayed in lower grade caravans that were a lot nicer than this. After contacting the cleaning team to find out that the van HAD been cleaned, the ‘cleaner’ arrived as we were leaving to allow her to rectify things and she didn’t acknowledge us. After all that she still didn’t bother with the mirrors, doors and cupboard doors and shelving and cobwebs but the worktop and floor were cleaner and you could actually smell cleaning products this time. We never felt we could truly relax and were pleased to go home.

The location of the caravan was great. Not far from site entrance and close to all facilities. The beach was a short walk away.
