We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

That doesn’t mean the food is bad but I mean the food has to be on the same level of other things and services.
Honestly , everything perfect. Like the hotel and the stuff are in your mind and makes your happy day and things that you are thinking about. Amazing and I really want to thanks the family of Biltmore about our fantastic stay.

I loved my stay in this hotel, I have been to London several times, but this was my best stay ever! definitely coming back to this amazing hotel. Great location, very helpful and friendly staff (they allowed me to check in early which was great because I had come from a long flight and needed to rest), and the room is super clean and comfortable.

Saudi ArabiaThe only downsides were the in-room dining experience and the room's sound insulation. The quality of the food didn't quite match the luxury of the hotel, especially considering the price. Additionally, the room's noise cancellation could be improved, as I was disturbed several times by noise from the adjacent rooms.
The location is fantastic, within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, Selfridges, Grosvenor square and Hyde Park. While the room isn't particularly spacious, it's thoughtfully designed to comfortably fit two people.

Everyone was extremely nice. Our waitress at breakfast every morning was extremely nice and attentive. The doorman Raul was very nice and happy to see us each time we'd arrive. The front desk staff was helpful when needed. The location is great. The comforter on the bed will be missed.
