Lovely caravan 🥰 definitely coming back!!!

Nothing. It was all great. Except the shop on site which is obviously not the owners fault. All the family were very happy with caravan.

The location was spot on. The cleanliness of the caravan was excellent. Nothing bad about the caravan at all but the site could do with a shop. Modern caravan , clean nothing to Dislike.

The location was great and the caravan was so welcoming when we arrived. The communication was amazing and so kind which made you feel very welcome.

The staff at reception was very unhelpful, I asked the girl at reception if there was a shop or chip shop on the site, and she just said no, we dont.. It then took a guy resident to tell ke there was a shop and chippy up the road. Also, We was watching the tv one evening Tuesday, when a lad just opened our caravan door, he was shocked to see us in there, he said oh sorry, " I was staying here last week, he laughed and walked off, he didn't come again though.

only thing we didn't like was the woman thats taken up permanent residency in the chalet opposite its a scruffy eye sore never to mention she has 6 cats a dog and a parrot making permanent nose and trying to let them self's into the caravan after using our Bush as a toilet but that's not the owners fault..

The van and the host were fantastic it was very clean and super comfy with everything we needed.. the shower was amazing... we couldn't fault it

Lack of saucepans to cook with.

Peaceful location easy walk into Mablethorpe. Host brilliant we had a problem with the gas but was able to connect her straight away and it was sorted out that day.

My only suggestion and this is not a criticism as we had a lovely time and we hope to book again, I also wonder if it was because we were there at the end of the season - we could have done with more pans to cook with and a broom to sweep outside as they cut the grass outside across the pathway so was hard to not bring grass into the caravan. I could have swept it away.

very clean. very well presented. good facilities. caravan kept warm even without heating. great communication with the owner. perfect arrival instructions. very close to amenities. club house with restaurant and bar nearby. food in restaurant on site was lovely. entertainment good. absolutely no problems at all. we have a really lovely stay and will book again.

Great location well presented caravan plenty off room and so comfy. Would definitely return we were sad to leave.

The broadband was so slow it was impossible to use Netflix and the single beds were very narrow. Part of the shower trim (held on magnetically) fell off a couple of times and the shower door wouldn't shut fully.

Nice quiet location. The park was well kept. The property was well appointed with a decent kitchen and comfortable sofa.
