We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThis hotel is more expensive than it has been in the past. We tried to check in at approx 5pm. Had to wait to get into the room as it hadn’t been checked by a supervisor. When we came back on our second day at 6pm the room hadn’t been serviced. There was someone on the floor & they did give us fresh towels & more tea & milk. Can be quite a loud hotel due to the size & volume of people. Could hear next doors alarm going off at 5am. We had an adapted room (we didn’t need one) & it had a lot of furniture in it but the lighting was poor.
The location of the hotel is excellent. It has recently been refurbished & done well. Beds are comfortable.

United Arab EmiratesI found the price to be quite high, so it might be beneficial to review the prices I would recommend considering renovation in bathrooms, to enhance guest comfort and overall satisfaction.
The hotel's location is perfect, just a 2 minutes walk from the underground and it provided easy access to many attractive areas. The staff were very helpful, and particularly Mr. Thilan at the reception was incredibly helpful and cooperative.

Stayed 5 nights. The room service was hit and miss. Had to ask for replacement toilet paper and also shampoo as they were not replaced. Breakfast was the same every day. Ok for 2 or 3 days but need more variation. Excellent location next to Gloucester rd tube station.

All staffs are very friendly except one at front desk who check us in was very unfriendly. No greeting, no words we could hear, no explanation, etc.is this the so call customer front desk services? Perhaps he needs some personal training. The other male colleague who stand beside him was friendly tried to explain to us the guideline stated on the document.
