We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomLovely, polite and accommodating staff. Room wasn't exceptional, but it was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable, and all necessary amenities were there. We weren't after luxury (but, i'm sure they offer more luxurious rooms - we didn't need one, as we were only there to sleep for one night), so it provided everything we needed. Exceptional location, with the tube station just outside! Will be our go-to hotel when visiting London now!

The hotel is very nice, welcoming entrance with high quality service Porters. The location is also awesome, like 20 mins from the central museums and literally next to the underground.

The room was clean and spacious - a deluxe twin room gave us 2 double beds - loads of room for 2 of us! Staff were friendly. Location was great for walking to the Royal Albert Hall

GermanyOur room view to the inside of the courtyard was määääh. The best view you can have is when courtins are closed, like the moment when we entered the room. But that was not important to us, hence no big deal, but maybe important to others.
Location needs to be called out and is great. Just 30 meters away from the underground station and a lot of restaurants and grocery around. Bed was very comfortable. Price/value very fair and I can recommend that hotel.

United KingdomThe room decor could do with a refresh, and a deep clean. We were first assigned a room that smelt incredibly bad of smoke, however we were then assigned a better room and staff were very attentive. The outside noise of other residents coming in and out of corridors is very noticeable when in the room, and did keep us up at times in the night.
The location was fabulous, staff were very accommodating and friendly. Perfect for getting in and out of central London with tube station just a 2 minute walk away.
