Great location right of a tube station for Piccadilly, circle and district lines, restaurants, coffee and supermarkets right near by, comfortable size for the room, the bellmen were great. More outlets in this room, usb charger on the bed.

the people in the room next door were very noisy - they left their window wide open and talked loudly all night 😟

so handy to the tube, and we had a lovely room upgrade as we arrived so late because of the train strike

i was a loyal visitor since 2010 but the service is getting worse and worse since 2018 but they really upset me this time with the booking of my room and mixing up our keys since I requested to change rooms we had to change 3 rooms one room didn’t have Shutaff as I requested second room was disgusting third room had no air conditioner was sooo hot and after waiting for an hour the maintenance guy came and fixed for us GOD bless him and finally we just gave up and just came back to sleep but I don’t think I would book again although Junior at the front desk did his best and beyond to help us but the whole situation was very disappointed ☹️

The staff were very helpful and polite ,especially the concierge Ali-D. The room was clean and comfortable and there was ample choice for breakfast. We would definitely use this hotel in the future and recommend it to our friends.

The breakfast was cold even though it had just come out of the kitchen! The eggs were uneatable, the bacon was rock hard, cold and over cooked! At that price I would expect the coffee/tea to be served at the table instead of queuing up for it! The selection was poor & it was the only place in the hotel the staff, “just didn’t care”! For example, because the English breakfast selection was so poor I asked a member of staff what the Arabic breakfast (one pot) was, and he said “food”!!! Speechless!! We had to get the vouchers for the next day reimbursed. In fact, we should have been reimbursed for the 3 we had that day because we didn’t eat anything!!

The location was excellent. The staff were all very friendly & professional. Concierge gave us very helpful advice in where to go & where to avoid. Very professional & friendly!! The manager (Junior) who greeted us upon arrival/check in, was really helpful, friendly & professional, absolutely amazing! He definitely set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hotel has an asset with him representing them!

There were NO face towels. Like, at all. There were only hand towels and the large body towels. I’m not sure how other people clean their bodies, but I’m extremely disappointed that the small, square towels weren’t even an option. I thought it was a UK thing, but I asked my local friends and they were just as surprised that such a nice hotel wouldn’t have basic face towels. Also, we called housekeeping on the first day at around 7 because my son had an accident on the bed (time change and overall tired from the plane ride). We were assured someone would be there to change the bed and disinfect the mattress so we went to dinner. We came back 2 hours later and nothing had been done. We called repeatedly and were eventually told at around 10 that housekeeping leaves at 9 (which doesn’t matter because we called at 7). We waited another hour for a resolution and were eventually moved to a different room at near midnight.

The location was perfect! Close to the Gloucester Road Underground Station and plenty of food within walking distance. The concierge was extremely helpful as well.

The triple room was quite small. The temperature in the room was very high and the air conditioning was not doing anything to cool it down. Maintenance came to try and fix the issue but the room remained very warm. The bathroom is starting to look rather shabby and can do with an update. The mirror in the bathroom for example is continually foggy and it is clear that it is never cleaned properly, just a towel is wiped over it during the cleaning process, it needs proper mirror or glass cleaner applied to resolve that issue. Having a set of plates and cutlery in the room would be helpful to assist with anyone who is either sharing room service meals or bringing their own food back to the room.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Most of the staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel is set out nicely and in an excellent location.

Entry into hotel if walking is not pleasant or welcoming at all (have to walk on very small sidewalk in car driveway.)

Great location, right next to Gloucester Road tube station. Very pleasant lobby and common areas. Room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom.

Only complaint was they did not have a mattress for the cot. If they told us in advance we would have brought our own
