The mattress in double room could do with a topper or replacing

The cleaning wasn't to the best standards, as we were cleaning the day we were leaving there was rubbish under the settee and the cushions from the previous renters.

The caravan was in a suitable place which was close to all amenities. Definitely stay here again

All beds uncomfortable Grill in oven took ages to work- faulty knob Shower- kept going hot then cold No basic items like salt and pepper, sugar. cleaning stuff Only one dog allowed, had to leave our other with a friend £281 for 2 nights- overpriced

The only complaint is the cleaning company, they arrived after check in time and just walked in the caravan we wasn't sure who this person was and she said they're running behind sorry and quickly wiped the bathrooms and that's it. It was only when we left we noticed cups from previous people thar have been used and it needed a good deep clean. This isn't the owners fault it's whoever the cleaning company was. We waited all day till 4 to get in the caravan and they still hadn't done it yet.

The decorations and layout are beautiful and I can tell it's well loved. The location is absolutely amazing especially if you have children it's 2 minutes walk to the main part of ingoldmells.

It does need a bit of a deeper clean it's getting a little rough around the edges. There was alot of hair on the sofa etc so I got the hoover and discovered that it was completely blocked so I sorted it. Just a little more tlc between visits needed but we still enjoyed our stay

The caravan was really nicely decorated and felt very homely, in a very good location. Had everything that you needed.

Should have bedding on with the price of the caravan. And a late arrival time and having to pay extra to get in earlier. Which is disappointing.

Close to all amenities. Sofa very comfortable. Even single bed very comfortable with mattress. Compared to other caravans we've used.

Had a hour wait to get , as caravan was being cleaned . Once in caravan we found it not up to standard, sand and crumbs in bed and bathroom . Used nappies in cupboard, sides not cleaned , fridge was dirty . Had to clean most of it ourselfs before we could even bring bags in . Cleaning company came back , but we had done most of it

Beds were not the most comfortable, my partner ended up sleeping on the sofa one night to help his back. Parking isn’t next to the caravan, you can park in the car park so you can see it from the caravan but just something to be aware of.

We had a lovely stay here over the weekend. The caravan is lovely and very homely. The sofa was so comfortable and we have been trying to find the same one for our house since leaving we liked it that much.

No parking next to van threat of fine but some got away with it overall cleanliness was not good staines on carpet cooker grubby no satellite TV as stated tv not working properly door stop broken

Had alittle problem with the heating but when I rang up it got sorted straight away.

The caravan felt like home was so cozy & a quiet area... ideal for people that don't like travelling as its literally in fantasyisland... definitely recommend to anyone especially family as there is plenty of room...
