This place was beautiful, the house is spotless and attention to detail is exceptional. We were greeted with tea and scones. Rooms are large and well equipped. Andrew and Lynda were very welcoming and I would definitely recommend staying here. Breakfast was great too.

Lovely little b&b. Clean and comfy. Would definitely stop again if we returned. We was doing the 3 peaks challenge and because we would miss breakfast we got a pack up one which was great. Thankyou 😊

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like and wouldn’t change a thing.

The staff were very friendly and generous, they were really helpful throughout our stay. The room was very spacious and clean and comfortable. The best thing was the view, there wasn’t a single building in sight even though the town was less than a mile away. We could see across the valley to the hills and moors in every direction. And the garden was the perfect place to sit with a cup of tea.

The property was in a great central location to all the attractions we visited. Linda and Andrew were fantastic hosts offering advice on best routes to take. The views were amazing from our room. The breakfast was outstanding. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends.

Andrew and Linda were great hosts. Breakfast was fantastic. Tea and delicious home made scones on arrival. Our room was huge and very clean. Fantastic views from every window. Beautiful home and guest house. Would definitely recommend.

The property is in a peaceful location, the perfect getaway to relax and unwind. The garden is absolutely stunning, we both enjoyed sitting out here in the sun.

Everything was spot on. Fresh scones and hot drinks offered on arrival. Excellent breakfast. Fantastic room with it's own double doors opening out to the beautiful garden. Probably the best b&b we have ever stayed at.

Andrew and Linda were so welcoming and the property was beautifully decorated and immaculate. Our room was cosy and so peaceful. The location was ideal for us and we loved every minute of our stay. The breakfast was all local produce and it was the ideal base for a North Yorkshire getaway!

Nothing to fault - everything was amazing!

I couldn’t fault a thing. A real home from home experience- the room was bright, warm and comfortable. We had stayed due to completing the three peaks challenge, our lovely hosts made us a packed breakfast to take with us and had it ready for our early start (5:30am!). The cooked breakfast the next morning was delicious, with lots of choices available. I would definitely stay again and recommend this spot to friends and family.

The Breakfast was very good, the room and En-suite were very clean and tidy, with a very nice view out of the front widow. The property is generally very nice and has been finished off to a very high standard.

Absolutely nothing.

Lovely warm welcome with coffee and scones in the beautiful conservatory. Very nice large bedroom with great views over the countryside. Comfy huge bed. Excellent bathroom. Gorgeous breakfast with plenty of choice. Can't wait to return again, lovely couple.
