We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Staff were excellent. There was an issue with the first room I was given. Staff dealt with it really quickly. Apologised and swiftly relocated me. How they handled it was excellent.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds. Hotel itself was quiet and got a great night's sleep after spending the day sight seeing. Staff were very accommodating. Really close to London city airport and the excel which was a great location for us and great value for money

United KingdomBreakfast is expensive especially if you only have a small breakfast. I had to get security to go to the room above us (404) at 0245 as they were playing music loudly. They turned music off but then continued to shout at each other. He left and she continued shouting on the phone. Fortunately she then let the room and hotel. Security dealt with it initially but could have managed it for longer.

United KingdomI was in a 2 person room and it was booked under my name. As I was running late, I gave all of the information to my friend who was staying with me and she was refused entry until either I arrived which would've taken over an hour, or she downloaded the app and changed the booking to be in her name which i felt was a bit unusual considering I would still have to be present for that. We went with the application and name changing option, but as i was in a very busy environment my connection was extremely poor; therefore I couldn't recieve the confirmation codes required for her to go into the app. I felt that it would've been easier for me to call the hotel and give my information to prove my identity that way, but it was still refused. I understand this is for security reasons and aligns with the policy, but it did feel a bit frustrating. No ill intentions to the staff though as they were doing their job perfectly.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my needs as I had had an accident in my room. They were very understanding and were happy to replace the bedding that was affected. I also like the system in place where you have to tap your room card in the elevator to be able to access it as other hotels don't do this feature. It made me feel more safe and secure as the latter invites unexpected guests and I feel lowers the security.
