We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The location was beautiful. Food in the restaurant was good - tasty and serves were generous. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and modern, with good supplies of complimentary tea, coffee (real), toiletries.

The breakfast was amazing - it was served hot not warm which is always great. It was tasty and presentable we were thrilled! When we arrived they left us a card and welcome drinks which we asked and paid for but throw in some chocolates which were a lovely touch and very kind.
