Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The weather is outside anyone's control!!
Cleanliness, comfort and equipment were excellent. Some toys for the grandchildren were helpful. Position at end of site was good.

Closeness of caravan pitches, shame the decking didn’t get the sun. Personal decoration added clutter/ attracted dust and stickers for deco were peeling in places making it look a little rough but didn’t impact on our time. Microwave had not been cleaned from previous occupant, blinds needed a through clean and hoover needed a service as was so clogged we couldn’t use. On day of arrival we learned how over subscribed the site facilities were and lots in the immediate area had update plans pending.
Location and price, access and caravan layout for as I was holidaying with elderly family member and two kids. Bedding, curtains, kitchen and bathroom were clean. Train around the park and children’s play area were a great touch. Arcade and indoor play needs some maintenance but we had lots of fun.

The amenities are over subscribed. The toilets and eating areas are poorly staffed or cleaned. You have to pay for passes but then there is no space for you to swim on your short weekend break. You cannot get pass just to swim. The reception does not link to the booking for swimming. So in effect we paid dearly for our one family swim on the day we left. Not sure you could pre book activity but don't think you can
Love this site and proximity to beach. Our caravan was clean and well maintained. We were in a quite part of the huge site. The communication and help from the owner was excellent. Security on site good

We loved everything
The property was super clean, super comfortable and so homely, the owners pre filled the tea, coffee and sugar for our arrival, also adding a refreshing bottle of water in the fridge too, the caravan was lovely and spacious with one room that had a double bottom bunk beds, the second with two single beds and the third was a double bed, this caravan was beautiful inside and out, fantastic location and a real sea side theme throughout the caravan

When you walk into a property and it feels like home, that is what this property felt like, P&T's home from home lives upto it's name. Even before you enter, the exterior is well kept with potted plants lining the pathway up to the decking, which is lovely with a table and seating area it even has a colourful rug. When you enter the property, the first thing that you notice is the cleanliness. This place is spotless, everywhere, everything, the floors the cooker, the fridge, the crockery the cutlery I mean everything. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were super comfortable, the shower room with toilet, were a good size with plenty of shelf space. I could go on, just go see for yourselves how lovely it is. 5* for this home from home. The owner is easy to contact. If you have any concerns either before or even when you are there, she is available. Love this place, We will be back.

A lovely caravan with a home from home feel. It had everything we needed and more, the beds were really comfy and the caravan was very clean and looked after. Communication between the host was easy and quick and the damage deposit was returned quickly after our departure.

What a fabulous little holiday this was. The mobile home was beautiful and clean, the owners were lovely and very helpful. The site was lovely too. Lots to do with the family and the beach is right on the door step. Would definitely go again.

The bed in the main bedroom was a little soft for my liking but that's down to personal taste rather than a fault with the caravan

Unfortunately, one of the reasons we picked the site was for the soft play for toddlers but it was closed the whole time due to a flood and limited other things apart from swimming for us tondo with 3 under 2s. Not the caravan owners fault at all.
The caravan was spacious, beds made and some essentials left for us like toilet rolls, bottled water and cleaning supplies which was great.
