The shower gel dispenser falling off the wall and didn't work. The ceiling has a small hole in it which is minor but should be repaired. A tea towel would have been useful. Quite a distance from the centre of the city.

We stayed in room 2 which has a lovely large bay window. The downside to this was the glaring sunlight streaming in through the blinds in the morning. Blackout curtains would be a welcome addition!

Fourth time staying at Park View and it's in such a great location. We'll continue to use this for our trips to Hull in the future.

If I'm being picky they could find a way to stop each door from slamming shut but that's not really a concern as most guests shut them quietly anyway

Clean spacious room with everything you'd expect of a hotel. Safe off street free parking. Located next to the picturesque Pearson park and within a stones throw of lots of great places to eat and drink. Also a kitchen with a washing machine and cooking facilities. I highly recommend 👌

The room only had thin vertical blinds so as soon as the sun came up I was awake. The shower needed a good scrub and the tv wasn’t tuned into any channels.

Not very clean other than the bed. It's as if a handy man hasn't finished a few jobs around the place. Bed comfy enough.

Studio was well equipped, essentials such as sink, kettle, microwave, cutlery etc. Staff were very attentive when messaging/phoning for queries.

No staff on site and needed a code to get in however I wasn’t sent any instructions beforehand and had to message the management company to get the details. Though once I text communication was quick and efficient. The place smelt like weed the minute I opened the main door and we had to turn the fan on in our room and open the window to remove the smell. If it wasn’t for the weed smell I would have scored the place higher as it was otherwise very good.

Comfy room, lots of space, basic but was perfectly fine. Car park to the back as well. Really close to newland avenue and princess avenue for bars and restaurants. Lovely park across the road too.

Room blinds very lightweight, good thing I'm not light sensitive at night as the windows are very large. Power shower a bit fiddly to get to the right warmth.

Close to park and lots of interesting little food places. Good size room, clean, use of shared kitchen, and private parking. Bed comfortable.

Smashed bottles by some morons outside that shook the wife up something terrible actually 😲 tapped it on the bus stop like a professional idiot then moved on leaving the glass all over the place (cars could have sliced their tyres on it etc)

We were on the top floor! That being said we didn't mind one bit.

Ease of check in was super easy, The rooms were very spacious and had everything you needed - a tv, WiFi, hot drinking facilities a wardrobe and a comfy bed. There's a communal kitchen too! 4 adults in 2 separate rooms for £52,within walking distance of great bars and restaurants. Perfect. Will recommend.

Needs a lift.. Needs painting as tea and coffee splashes on the walls. It needs a plumber to sort out the drains and the room smelled of stale smoke.
