I knew I was only going to be at the hotel for about 6hours so booked the cheapest and didn't realise it was a shared bathroom. There was a shower in the room but would have preferred a toilet instead.

The bed was comfortable with quality bedding. Large sink in room. Coffee and tea options in the room with the added bonus of having oat milk. Lovely thought

Great location, friendly staff and has a charme of past times. Yet the room hasn't been cleaned (under the bed) and several rooms shared one toilet and one shower (both even in the same room), so as someone showered I had to go down to the pub to find a toilet :) but other than this , all good.

Right next to Manchester Piccadilly Station, very accessible to other places in Manchester. My friend sprained her ankle, staff were lovely offered help and provided ice. No lift was available just stairs. It was easy checking in and out. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. Overall had a lovely experience! Loved the decoration of the pub downstairs, wish i could've spent more time there.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. No sound coming from outside, which surprised me due to the location being so close to the town centre and the railway station. Which enabled me to have a great nights sleep.

There wasn’t much we didn’t like about the property, the only “issues” the lighting in the bedroom wasn’t the best, very dim which wasn’t great for makeup ect. There was also a loud noise which we assumed were the water pipes but it had woke us up earlier than expected so that wasn’t too great.

Perfect location, close to train station, bars, clubs, restaurants. The rooms were clean, set out well, comfortable beds. Bathroom was a decent size. The staff in both the hotel and bar were very nice, chatty and friendly.

The room was too cold, even with the radiator on and window closed - not sure why. Also, the bed did not face the TV in my room, which was an odd set-up as it meant I would have had to sit in a chair facing it, in a cold room. The carpets also smelt a little, not of anything foul, but not fresh. I think they would be better pulling them up and having floorboards at some stage. Just a personal opinion.

Location was perfect for Piccadilly station and the city centre. Staff communicated well and were welcoming. Bathroom was shared, but near to my room, warm, and clean. Water was good temperature. Hotel felt safe and room was secure. Water and tea/coffee/kettle was provided. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and check-in and check-out was quick. The room itself was very nice, the beds were comfy, and the overall hotel room was very clean. The location is very convenient for the city, as it's right beside Piccadilly train station and only a few minutes walk from Piccadilly Gardens.

Really good value for money. There was nothing I didn't like and I am the negative one in my friends group.

I thought the service and friendliness of the owners was really good. Accommodation was immaculate. I the pub downstairs was cosy with a good atmosphere. And the location had a lot of transport links. It really did exceed my my expectations.

No lift so not suitable for anyone who struggles with stairs. Shower turns on from outside the cubicle so a bit awkward at first. But all the pros far outweigh the cons!

Extremely comfy beds and lovely hosts. We arrived very late and they waited for us. Then let us stay late the next day ❤️ Lovely room with 4 beds and an en suite bathroom 👍🏻 Amazing value between 4 of us. And right across from Piccadilly Station - Don’t come out of the station by the main entrance - get the lift down to Fairfield Street. The accommodation is above a great little pub, and is only a very short walk into the centre of Manchester.

Superb location, easy access very late at night returning from a Superbowl party. Staff were very pleasant in the hotel and at the bar. Just what you want when turning up alone.
