We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was decent value, it is a short walk to the Excel Centre, roughly 15 mins. There are some shops close by. The bed was comfortable. It was clean. Free fruit and 24hr reception

United KingdomSome of the fixtures and appliances were broken or didn't work. Like the wardrobe door and the light on the bathroom mirror. There was a lingering smell of smoke in the room. It was a bit noisy. I could hear some of the other guests even with the window closed.
I was expecting to be in the annex but was in a room on the first floor. There was a lift so that was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a good size. Free parking was great and a surprise breakfast added to the pleasurable stay. Would consider visiting again. Close to local amenities.

The staff were so accommodating in every possible way. We were greeted with cold water bottles and helped with parking along with the staff helping us to our room with our luggage. We were even up grated to a family room rather than the double room I had originally booked for me and my daughter. They even gave us a tray of ice when requested by my daughter on Saturday evening as she wanted a cold drink. A fan was even provided in the room along with an iron and ironing board. Tea and coffee were no bother when asking for extra. We were told by the manager that they were happy for us to leave the car in their secure car park when checking out, not that we needed to, but the offer was very appreciated . The staff went far and beyond to make us comfortable on our stay at the hotel, which was so much appreciated.

United KingdomAir conditioning is the only real notable thing that would have bettered the experience, however to be fair to the hotel there was a desk top fan supplied which did the trick.
If you want a clean, tidy and well placed Hotel for an event at the o2 arena this is just what you need! close to the underground, on site parking, lovely clean room and whilst the hotel was modest in size and simple it was perfect for what we were there for. friendly staff were on hand to assist with any request also.

United KingdomNot the greatest area, where I wouldn't walk around late at night. Soundproofing was OK (minimal voices heard) but when your neighbour leaves their WC fan running, your walls may rattle all night!
Good first impression-asked for the 'quietest room' and they offered me a top floor room which was small but nice and clean. The balcony was an added bonus. Breakfast was included and was very nice.
