The easy check-in process at the start, gated "small and safe" car park right behind the hotel and then the staff during the stay. Hotel is on the main road and has quick access to shops and bus stops and train station. The room was tidy and had all that you would need on a short business or personal trip. They do serve breakfast and its tasty ( I was offered a complimentory breakfast, thanks to the staff) . Bathroom was clean and tidy too with a specially made for the hotel aromatic body and hair wash. The bed was comfortable and clean. All in all , a best place to stay around London.

Small room. Road noise as we were at the front of the hotel. However we were tired after a long day and slept well.

Very clean & the staff were very kind polite and efficient. We stayed in the annexe which is across the road from the main hotel. 0.5 miles from Excel along a well lit busy road. Felt safe walking home late after the show. Comfy bed, good shower. Amazing value for the price, a great choice. Exceeded expectations.

The only issue I had was the sink in the bathroom. When I turned it on, it would splutter on and off inconveniently. If this issue was resolved, then the venue would be 10/10.

The room was pretty much perfect for what I needed, and was comfortable overall.

Great location for getting to the O2 arena via tube and staying overnight afterwards. Staff very helpful with directions and help to get around. No official parking but hotel covered charge to park on the street next to the building.

Not much really, for the price you know it isn’t luxury accommodation so with that in mind, we were very happy with our stay.

The property was clean, the staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. It was only a short Uber or 20 min walk to Canning Town station, and very convenient for a visit to the O2. Our room had a little balcony which was nice and we had a great nights sleep, so very happy.

I wanted a place to stay the night before I went to the Excel in a comfortable safe space - I got that. On top of that, the man at reception was increibly polite and facilitating. He upgraded me at no cost to a room that was spare and made my stay more enjoyable.

It’s super close to both a train station, as well as the ExCel centre making it easy for travel during our stay. With also having several shops nearby to make it easy to grab any snacks or drinks for the day

Breakfast shabby and crowded and not very much choice. I recommend you eat breakfast elsewhere.

Very easy to reach Excel centre from here, approx a 10 min walk. Room clean, if a little tired. Room quiet. Expensive but this is London prices! Breakfast disappointing. Better to eat breakfast elsewhere.

Staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean and tidy. Had fresh towels and TV had Netflix and WiFi. It was quite, I didn't hear any noise from the other guests and I appreciated that. The bed was super comfortable. All and all, I give it a 10/10!

The driver who picked me from airport to the hotel did not recognize the name of the hotel easily and kept on turning around to charge me more !!! :( The hotel needs little of maintenance . Such as the desk drawers

I liked the whole experience in general. That was the first time I attend the WTM-WORLD TRAVEL MARKET in Excel London. I selected the hotel accordingly. My stay at the hotel facilitated my daily walk to the exhibition a lot.
