United KingdomThe room was dusty, the carpets were stained, the pillows were flat as anything, pillow cases had stains on them. The TV was a faff & super slow. But the worst part was the bathroom sink - the smell was disgusting when you turned the tap on and I did mention this to staff upon check out and they were very nice about and apologetic about it. I personally don’t think it was value for money as the previous night in Manchester I stayed in a hotel that was much much better for nearly half the price so…
Great location to New Street Train Station and the O2 Academy. Room was just okay for one night, wouldn’t stay longer than that.

United KingdomStaff not very hospitable I booked a room standard room with a king size bed. On arrival I was told they were so full I might have to choose a bedroom that was next to the vents or a bedroom that had 2 single beds. I was not amused as this was a surprise birthday gift for my husband. I paid alot of money and was put in a position I didn't need to be in. After showing some frustration I was allocated the room that I paid for. (I shouldn't have had to 'beg' for what I already paid for. I messaged the hotel in advance to let them know it was for my husbands birthday, so to make it special if possible. No smile, or even acknowledgement was given. They couldn't wait to get rid of us, which was the vibe we got. A real shame.
