The bed was creaking on every turning, which was bad. The water in the bathroom on our floor, 1st floor, was very cold. We had to travel to the next floor to freshen up.

The room was warm and had some furniture. There was a moveable radiator which was working well. The security was good and easy instructions easy to understand. The bathroom upstairs was good and the water was very warm. the kitchen and toilets and bathroom were very clean. This is my second time of using the accommodation. I will recommend it to anyone. They have upped their game.

Reviews said the bathrooms were clean and I think it was because of the other people staying there but the bathtub was disgustingly dirty and there was hair clogging the drain. There was no way I was going to use that shower which was disappointing because I was looking forward to having one after a long day.

There are a lot of stairs if you have mobility problems. The bed central leg broke as I sat on it but we did advised that it would be OK for the night and it held up as we were only there for one night.

Location was brilliant for what we required. The security was brilliant. Information was promptly sent for entry to the property. Room was warm when we arrived. Not bad for the price.

What could be improved: • Access codes: Every time we had to use three different codes to get to our room: one to unlock the building door, another to access the floor, and a third to retrieve the key, which was secured with a chain inside a key safe. • The bathroom: Instead of a shower cabin, there was a bathtub. Advice for the location: • Always use full white bed linens—they give a stronger impression of cleanliness than any other color. Guests will feel confident and assured that the sheets they’re sleeping in are clean.

What I liked: • The location: Situated 40 minutes from the city center, the location feels extremely safe. We went out at night after 11:00 PM–12:00 AM and felt completely secure. • The price: Compared to other locations in London, the price is very fair for what you get. • Cleanliness: The room was very clean and well-maintained. • Amenities nearby: There’s a 24/7 shop directly across from the accommodation, along with three fast-food options. • Convenience: A bus stop is right outside the property. For example, we needed to get to Gatwick Airport and took bus 380 to the city center.

The bed was not comfortable, the pillows were firm and too high, I'd suggest the pillows get replaced, it would've made it almost a perfect stay. The entrance to the place was full of litter. You can hear other guests during the night

Good location to the colour Factory for a short one night stay to go to a concert. Well communicated with transport. Shops around. Bathroom and rooms were clean. Heating was working and room was warm, fan also available. It worked for us for what we needed it for.

Kitchen was dirty, no real facilities, coffee and tea but no cups. Shower in one bathroom broken so water sprayed everything.

The bathroom on the 2nd floor is newly renovated and the on on the 1st floor is quite beat up - just be aware. The walls are not as thick as you would wish for. You can hear literally everything.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the bathroom was being cleaned every day. The bus stops are right around the corners! And the overground station is close, too!

The room keys are kept in a key safe mounted to the door, I'm not sure how often the codes are changed and it felt a little uncomfortable at first. We found that you can extend the chain with the key on into the room and still keep the doors locked, which made it feel far more secure.

The price and location of Rahal Hackney is perfect if you're going to the Olympic Park. It's literally a 15-minute walk and you're right there. We went for one night as somewhere to crash after an event at the stadium and it couldn't have been better located and priced. Very reasonable for the area. The place was clean, quiet (apart from the road outside but the windows do a good job of keeping that out). The rooms felt secure and the showers worked lovely in the morning. There are plenty of cameras on the main corridors and entrance ways too, which does make it all feel far safer. The exterior door is code protected too. There's a Papa John's opposite, which is open late, so no need to go scouting about for post-event food.

Quite noisy through the night, lots of traffic noise

For a comfortable, affordable stay in london this place is just right. Close to Rail links, good places to eat and drink close by. It's exactly as described, no frills room. If you expect little shampoo bottles and chocolate on pillows you're going to be upset. If you just want a cosy space to rest after a day exploring the city then you'll be ok.

Entrance instructions not the best just to let future stayer’s to add a *before the pin code, also left early am to buy some bits and when I returned the entrance code had changed 😱luckily my son was still inside and let me in

The location was perfect for the event we were attending at the London Stadium! Various shops open until late and easy access to public transport!Room spotless
