A lovely comfortable night with a marvellous sunrise out of our window the next morning. The staff and room were fantastic. The only thing that could be improved was the gluten and dairy free choices for breakfast. the staff were accommodating at making something from all the different options.

The en-suite shower room was a wet room. The water didn't run away to the drain fully, so the bathroom floor was left very wet. It would help if a squeegee was provided so one could move the water towards the drain after use.

We booked a Cosy Double room, which was described accurately as being small - this managed our expectations so thank you for the honest description. The bed was ample for 2 people and the room didn't feel claustrophobic, (but it was tight moving around the bed and we both kept walking into the edge of wall-mounted TV). Lovely breakfast included in the price. The best location on the sea-front.

Lovely location with beautiful views, the property is quirky olde world shabby chic, but for us the whole team were outstanding from the warm welcome to the super breakfast, for guests with dogs too this is a really great place!

The parking in town was a nightmare and expensive and the NCP automatise machines did not work

Staff not very attentive initially - but put this down to them having had a morning of no hot water at the address - may have been stressful? Felt pub customers were assisted a lot sooner than ourselves on arrival !! Despite us also choosing to eat there as we waited to book in!

Location - Restaurant - style and comfort of room which is described as snug and it definitely is ! Staff were very welcoming the next day and the breakfast delicious.

Both myself and my wife have some food allergies which was catered for, my wife is Celiac and she was confident eating the food ordered and the staff were more than happy to help us. The room was excellent, our room was right at the top. It had a great view and the overall feel was excellent. Only niggle would be the access to the room was up some very tight stairs, but it was worth it for the room and view. Would definitely recommend and we will be coming back.

Last minute gap in the weather so decided to head to Lyme Regis for some January sun. The location of Rock Point was perfect... right on the sea front. Dinner and breakfast were lovely. The room was small but cosy and the bed amazingly soft. I got 24 parking at NCP up the hill and it worked for me. 😊

I was very disappointed with how clean the room was . None of the side tables or the furniture have been moved for vacuuming lots of dust. Also we needed clean towels new year's day, but wasn't left any. I'd made it obvious they were dirty by putting them into the shower tray. But still didn't get any.

The Rock was most enjoyable & the staff were lovely. And the food was very good.

The lack of parking. Only a small short stay car park close by and then a long stay car about ten minutes walk away.

The location was excellent, close to the beach and town. Good breakfast included within the B/B rate.

It was a lovely old building and the bedroom floor had quite a slope, this meant the bed sloped too. It was a huge bed but it sagged in the middle and with the slope too it felt your legs were higher than your head. The bed ideally needs to be proper up so it is level.
