The room was nicely equipped and the shower was lovely. The breakfast was delicious, with an especially prepared bowl of fresh fruit and Greek yoghurt. We were offered salmon and scrambled eggs with chives, which was magnificent. The hosts were super friendly and helpful.

Room can be a little bit warm on a close night, nothing to do with heating system, just that time of year in Cumbria and the summer heat. Not the only place in The Lake District to have this during the week we stayed. 4 different places and same close heat at night.

Great location to check out what Keswick has to offer. You feel at home in this building. Paul and Anne are lovely people. Who are respectful to their guests. Comfortable bed with plenty of storage space underneath. Breakfast will set you up for a morning of hiking. Very tasty as well. Paul gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and drink. Rooms are clean and restocked daily. Great power in the shower.

Nothing that I can think of

It was great to come and go as I pleased. The property is only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Keswick. Breakfast choices were good and the bowl of mixed fresh fruit was excellent! As regards Keswick, a lesser known fact is that the Alhambra build in 1913 is the sixth oldest cinema in the country. This little gem should not be missed!

Two very nice and welcoming hosts! A great size single room, with very a comfy bed, a nice hot shower and good selection of room goodies (snacks too). Breakfast was amazing 10/10 can tell its local produce they use and even Clint Eastwood makes an appearance in the breakfast room!

Cosy and clean ensuite room in the heart of Keswick. Anne and Paul were very helpful and welcoming. Good full English breakfast. I'll be back next time I visit the Lakes.

There wasn't anything i disliked.

Another very pleasurable bed and breakfast experience in Keswick. The hosts were very pleasant,friendly. Breakfasts were very tasty and filling...certainly set me up for the day!😋 My room was cosy...will miss the comfy bed! I don't always sleep well when away,but i did this time! Many thanks Anne and Paul for making me feel at home.🙂
