We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

I loved the decor in the reception and the room was fabulous. Very comfy bed although the pillows were a little soft for me but that’s just a preference. The bathroom facilities were great and well put together in a small room. The shower was really good, easy to use with good water pressure and there was plenty of wardrobe space for a two nights stay. I would’ve preferred a kettle in my room but that wasn’t a huge disappointment. Breakfast was continental style, which I’m not a big fan of, so I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but once again that’s personal choice . It’s not far from Notting Hill or Portobello markets which is where I wanted to go and it’s literally 15/20 minutes on the tube into the centre of London. I would definitely go back and stay again

United KingdomJust small things really but I don't like the self check in system - it is unnecessarily laborious if you are checking in for multiple people. It would be much better if you could cast your own streaming services on the TV. If you are travelling for work it is nice to watch something decent on TV. A water cooler for filling up your water bottle in the Galleys would have been appreciated.
I like the simple design of the bedrooms, it has everything you need, unfussy and well designed. The breakfast is also excellent.
