I think the hotel is overpriced for what you get. The rooms are very small. It’s walking distance from Nottinghill & Holland Park station .

Our stay was awesome. Very comfy beds, a big room and bathroom. The breakfast buffet - wow just wow. Different breads a large choice of chese, ham & pastrami , fruits and cereals. Modern and cozy bar area. Staff very nice and helpful. A short walk to Portobello Road and the Tube.

Love the quirkiness of the hotel, it was clean and all the staff were very friendly. The room was exactly what we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely including the shower gels and shampoo/conditioner

There wasn’t anything to dislike

I loved the decor in the reception and the room was fabulous. Very comfy bed although the pillows were a little soft for me but that’s just a preference. The bathroom facilities were great and well put together in a small room. The shower was really good, easy to use with good water pressure and there was plenty of wardrobe space for a two nights stay. I would’ve preferred a kettle in my room but that wasn’t a huge disappointment. Breakfast was continental style, which I’m not a big fan of, so I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but once again that’s personal choice . It’s not far from Notting Hill or Portobello markets which is where I wanted to go and it’s literally 15/20 minutes on the tube into the centre of London. I would definitely go back and stay again

It was all great.

Great location close to a tube stop. Lovely options for food in the hotel. Clean and comfortable. Lots of hot water and essentials provided. Hubby loved their coffee each morning.

The hotel is well designed with interesting touches and lovely atmosphere. The rooms are basic but very well designed, very clean and exactly what you need for a stay over in central London. When you consider the price, extremely good value. All staff went out of their way to help and were very approachable.

The hot water in basin took ages to get to just warm

Modern and v clean We had a bigger room upgrade which was v light. They let us in early and all the staff were really lovely Shower was good too ! Its only a 7 min walk to tube and lots of buses nearby

Just small things really but I don't like the self check in system - it is unnecessarily laborious if you are checking in for multiple people. It would be much better if you could cast your own streaming services on the TV. If you are travelling for work it is nice to watch something decent on TV. A water cooler for filling up your water bottle in the Galleys would have been appreciated.

I like the simple design of the bedrooms, it has everything you need, unfussy and well designed. The breakfast is also excellent.
