The hot water is outside the room and broken so we have to go down to reception for hot water and in 2 days still not fix

I love the size of the room as well as the brightness. The floor to ceiling windows are gorgeous with a great view of the city. (I was on the 5th floor - sunrise side). Kept the blinds open the entire stay. - Fyi you CAN see inside other peoples apartments across the street and it’s likely they can see into the hotels windows, so just be cautious of that. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and had no issues whatsoever falling asleep. No outside noises from street or inside the hotel. Nice white noise from the air conditioner / fan which was ideal. Used the Bluetooth stereo and the sound was 10/10. Staff was wonderful from check in, bar service and breakfast. The gin and tonics were flowing and was even introduced to some new concoctions which was fun. Breakfast was delicious and pretty standard across the board. Plenty of seating and fresh coffee / specialty coffees at the bar. I suggest booking your hotel room that includes breakfast so you don’t have to pay £18 every morning. It’s just easier. Walking distance to many restaurants. We ate at Mitre and The Champion (The Champion was 10/10). But there are tons of grocery stores, restaurants and a 15 mins walk to the Portobello Market. Stop and grab a scone at Cheeky Scone (they were fresh and delicious!) 10/10 would definitely stay there OR try another location again. xo

It’s too quirky that it starts making you feel not so comfortable outside your room. The bar and the reception intentionally share the same desk which is confusing and not professional imo. They took away most of the hotel room commodities like tea/coffee/kettle/toothpaste/toothbrush and tried to convince us that this is a “Lean Luxury Concept” where they keep the essential stuff only (Like a Marshall killburn speaker and a HUGE Marshall Superbase, because of course you can’t live without these). Rooms having the sink outside of the bathroom means your room is going to be splashed with water for no reason. I think they are trying really hard to be so edgy that it just backfired.

The location is great! 3 mins walk from Notting Hill Gates tube station, and lots of restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores a few steps away. What I liked the most was that it’s a quite new hotel with new amenities in general, also, they have an extremely effective sound insulation system, for the first time ever in a hotel I could hear absolutely nothing as I am a fairly light sleeper.

Great location. Staff were very friendly. The room was great and beds very comfortable. For London, the size of the room was average. We stayed in a Nest room. I’ll be re-booking for my return back to London next month.

Staff were very friendly and made check in and out very quick and at hand for all other needs from drinks to baggage holding. The reception area was very colourful and clean. Quirky and vibrant rooms and just overall an excellent hotel Location beside underground so made it easy Location to travel london.

Hotel advantages are comfort, cleanliness and location. No need for mini bar when you have so many good options in the neighbourhood. Check in and out are simple and fast. Hotel is perfect for those who need place to crash after exploring the city.

Great location, easy to get around and close to the tube, which makes it easy to get home alone at night, always felt perfectly safe even on my own. lots of cafes, bars and stores around, and the place is cool, clean and comfy. I will be back.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room. In addition, there was a broad selection of tea, but the two most popular classic teas in my opinion were missing: English Breakfast and Simple Green Tea(Twinnings selection. Everything else was fantastic.

That the sir conditioning turns off automatically by itself causing the room to be stuffy when arriving after a long hot day walking.

The property was aesthetically modern & fun/upbeat. Everything was clean, comfortable & well maintained.
