Wasn't clean on our arrival.

In a very good spot, close to everything. After arriving to the caravan which had not been cleaned by the owners, the company managing it were very good once we made them aware. Cannot fault them.

It is a noisy location due to the area having bars and entertainment on till late. However we were aware of this beforehand knowing the location and it did not affect our stay.

Location near to Fantasy Island, lovely size shower, rooms decent size, large wardrobe in main bedroom, hoover, nice new fridge freezer.

Getting to the property was hard. Suggest having 275 written on the cabin. Was a bit confusing but Sarah was very helpful and we managed to figure it out

Nothing we didnt like, i did clean the windows inside when we arrived only took 2mins wasnt an issue. I opened the blinds to find dog smears everywhere along the front and side window. People who take pets should make sure they clean up after them.

Great van perfect location clean and tidy, Was able to book a short weekend stay which was great as not many vans do short stays, we prefer short stays rather than full weeks. Nothing wrong with the van we only slept in it as we ate out and stayed out most of the day.

When we arrived Immediately it felt homely We loved they had catered for everything you need all the little touches ie condiments etc . Arrival and exit worked like clockwork And so central to everything you need beach and fantasy island and shops and especially for us most things dog friendly Will definitely book again but not through PayPal as they charged me only a little if you do clarify it's family holiday and not a bond as classed as business I presume and definitely not enough to spoil our family experience Well done with this one everything great and would book again without hesitation

The music from Cheeky Blanders Night club until the early morninging never said the fun fair I had a stroke 1year ago hospital let me out of if i have r&r stroke . the agent said whgo their then never been time to goldmells never want to again .hospital doctor came too my house yesterday need to start dialysis right now he just. phoned again starts 3rd October only 9% kidney function no hepatitis B protection high blood pressure wife disabled needs shower lichens dease curvature of spine

Unclean work tops sticky kitchen floor carpets not vacuumed all shelving not wiped and dirty and dusty, 1 duvet cover was wrong size requested replacement never got it, double bedroom light not working, lamp supplied not working not all sockets worked and a 4 point extension lead on kitchen worktop near sink very unsafe bedding smelt damp, and a large soaking wet dirty patch outside the toilet, cleaner sent out to clean wet patch but then smelt of vinegar and still wet.

The cleanliness standard was very poor unfortunately, upon arrival I had to do a full clean of the caravan as it was really below any standard that I would be happy to stay in. This isn’t me being nit picky… the floors throughout were covered in sand and grit. The work surfaces in the kitchen area were again covered in sand and grit and when wiped were brown upon the wet wipes. It was dusty in a lot of areas. In the lounge behind the sofa the windowsill wasn’t there and was a sponge cushioning covered in disgusting filth and hair. Questionable marks of varying colours and descriptions over most doors. Utensils, plates and amenities quite dirty. Duvets were AWFUL and bed not overly comfortable. Host came at 3 minutes past 10, we had quite a morning receiving some bad news from back home and hadn’t been out at exactly 10, was met with attitude and rudeness from the woman which just wasn’t warranted on an already bad morning for our family, I could understand if we were still there at 11am, however it was only 10:03am. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, particularly not for the price being charged.

I did quite like the location, was a little loud at night but we didn’t mind too much as it was so central to everything. It really is a perfect location for a family who are wanting to do a bit of everything in Ingoldmells. Whilst the utensils and amenities in the caravan weren’t very clean, there was a lot of choice of cups, pans, air fryer, microwave etc etc which we liked. The shower was quite large and nice. We liked the free wifi however it has a limit which people should bear in mind, it’s free to a point then it disconnects.
